The Self Found League

I really like this idea. Path of Exile is still way better then Diablo 3 and so is the loot system. I am currently at level 51 and i didn't trade a single item but i am also not able to kill the spider at actII cruel (maybe i have also done somethign wrong with my passives ^^). 1 Chaos orb per day is disappointing.
" I see there a little problem which is coming up with this idea. Assume that the item drops in the selffound-mode are better then in the trading-mode there should be a limiter for switching betwenn those two mods because you can exploit it by farming at the selffound-mode and using the items at party-mode. But i can hardly beliefe that GGG will ever think about this kind of selffound-idea-mode-league stuff. Give a man a fish, and you can feed him for a day. Honestly, the only reason i would participate in a SFL it would be because of the trading system of PoE.
I'm sorry, but the trading system in this game is bad (probably the only thing i don't like in this game) and they really need to improve it. I'm not going to say that i never traded before, cuz i did, but it was a terrible experience, it took tooooo long to either buy a item you really needed or sell something to get easy/fast currency. So, if they don't improve the trading system i would totally play a SFL, because i don't really use party a lot. |

A league promoting actual crafting system not one armed banditry:YES PLEASE. A league where players just play without worrying about stacking MF:YES PLEASE. Daily SFL bump:PLUS ONE. +1 self found! By not making a "self found" league you are just limiting the potential of this nice game, and the propurse of leagues aren't to provide diferent gameplay modes? Why not?
I remember when I played path of exile at the beginning of the year, it was open beta. The game was really nice! But unfortunatly I got so disappointed by the crafting system once I got into it. The biggest problem for me wasn't the gamble aspect of it. The problem was when at the end of every crafting session you were going to more likely end up with a weaker version of your item. That's probably not a problem for people who trade trade trade.. or can play 16h/day, but for those with a little more limited time who want to enjoy and spend more time on the game itself... it doesn't felt rewarding enough.. Well, I'm back now that the game was released, I bet it's even more fun than before. But I'm also keeping an eye out for the possible D3 redemption (RoS) and Grim Dawn. So guys, I think you should really think about it, a league more "self found" friendly would be a nice addiction to the game, imo. Trading is fun I think, but when the game is TOO focused on it, it loses a big part of the fun and it estimulates botters and multiboxes. Having an option to play with no-trade or a very limited trade, but a better "self found" experience to compensate that wound be nice! Could be just a better currency drop, or something like that...
