What option I have to obtain watchstone from Maven since I never defeat Maven?

i really hate that fight. i really dont care to put myself through that again. i can do uber elder and a8 sirus all day and ive got those down. but the maven one is just plain stupid. i cant believe they gated all this stuff behind him. i actually like doing the sirus fight but now since he wont drop the awakened gems i dont even see the point of bothering anymore.

I do quite well completely ignoring gated content. It's as if it's another game that I just hear people talk about on the forums.

3 T16's is way below "some"

just ask in global chat for someone to do it for ya. youll get a few whispers

you need to start the invitation in your hideout then go in there with the other player, get a little bit of damage in on maven and then just try to die before the blobs go everywhere. dont resurrect, just AFK there dead until the other guy kills him. and all the loot drops and you unlock your favorite map slot. then just resurrect in your hideout, go back in and pick up your voidstone

thats what i did in standard and it worked. i wasted about 6 invitations and fucked it up every time. then i just give up on it. fortunately somebody helped me who absolutely melted maven with some kind of tornado shot barrage deadeye kind of build. it got me interested in wanting to put together something like that just to down maven with, because i can do everything else with the melee build im using now, but theres no way in hell im gonna waste my time with the maven fight anymore.

aww hell it probably doesnt matter what i use, theres shit all over my screen and i panic and fuck up every time. even before it gets to the last phase. i would much prefer it if they would have gated the voidstone behind sirus. at least i can handle that one easy, but the maven mechanics are just too stupid for me to want to deal with anymore. whoever came up with the idea of gating content behind maven deserves a good kick in the groin.

It's a shame GGG screwed-over less capable players like myself in 3.17 when they changed map completion from having to kill the lesser bosses in order to get maps to T16 to now requiring the 2 most difficult bosses in the game to be defeated to achieve the same thing .. and I'm not talking about the 2 new bosses both of which look to be a lot easier than Maven with her bloody stupid memory game.

Sure it probably pleased the 1%-ers but for the rest of us not so much.

Most likely I'll pay for a carry myself. Haven't done Maven fight before and very bad at the Shaper fight to get the fragment for Uber Elder fight. So I guess gonna hire some guns. :(

But you are wrong... You get T16 maps with 0 voidstones. The only thing more voidstones do is pushing other maps up to 16 as well, ending in you getting all maps to 16 at 4 voidstones. Voidstones also make room for sextants. That's it. GGG didn't screw over anyone. Before you had to get watchstones to get T16 at all. Granted they were a bit easier. Now you just don't need them unless you want more variety in T16 pool.

Ok that's a lie. U dont have any tier 16 with 0 voidstones. These 4 "maps" u call t16 I rather do t1 with a huge pvc in my well.

Jokes aside. I don't get why they gated sextants that people used to farm up to do bosses behind said bosses lol. Dosen't make sense. But the 2 first voidstones are free cause the new bosses are a joke so its not bad even for casuals.
