yeah it starts with "scrolls" and then moves to currency..
if anything it should be a qol feature for everyone but it's not happening, first because they don't want to switch their already shady tactics regarding microtransactions and second they don't want to give too much good qol changes or cool stuff for free.. (reading about certain thread regarding different exile genders in 4.0 might be behind a paywall) "Parade your victories, hide your defeats. Mortals are so insecure." " In all reality here, one could right now for 345 points (premium stash tab bundle, currency stash tab & map stash tab) play this game forever, without spending one dime more ever, i wouldent call that shady. Personaly, i have bought alot of other stuff that i dont realy need, but mainly for supporting a game that i love. |

People here are outraged about the stash tabs and auto pickup loot.
Chinese mtx have pay-to-boost, pay-not-to-loose-experience, pay-to-pickup-currency and who knows what other pay-to-something mtxs. The pay-to-win-stash guys and the opportunity-cost guys heads would explode. Would you really want that? Filthy Casual Scrub. " I might be a special case, i personally wouldent mind, but im never comparing myself to others when playing a game, its optional, and would never impact me, as im rarely trading, and just playing with my friends or solo, i never race, i do what i think is fun, and couldent care less if someone bought any of those PTW options that you mention, personally i would feel like cheating in a game, buying those. To 'win', no-life players can pay for it with their time in-game. Pay-to-win players can use their hard earned real-life cash for some advantage in-game. But that would depend on what the pay-to-win thing is. Pay-to-win mtx in my view is better than random loot-boxes. One converts your real-world time to game-time, the other is pure gambling "surprise mechanic". Filthy Casual Scrub. Probably because many of their MTX are *insanely* Pay2Win...
Like the looting pets (currency drops) Or the 'resurrect in place for zero XP loss' consumables... Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment. |
