Why do we NOT have access to China cosmetics?

The social credit score in China is some strange stuff. Here's a tidbit from the Wikipedia article from the examples of policies section.

Most of the differences i see are lineage-like additional 2d arts or simple copy-paste 3d upgrades of original mtx, not worth a hassle i dunno.

I would actually like to see an option to switch over to the Chinese graphics altogether. Due to their policy on gore, the entire game was overhauled and most of the bulbous, meaty bits were replaced with these really cool purple crystals growing out of mobs. Having played this game for many years, it would actually be a nice change of pace to have pleasant crystals instead of a perpetual butcher shop.
