Why do we NOT have access to China cosmetics?

So apprently the china servers or whatever host diffrent cosmetics apparently tencent decides what we want to buy by not letting us buy them? wtf? anyone have a real reason for this?

No "official" answer, but it probably comes down to who paid for their creation and who would get the money if they were purchased. When those two don't coincide, you're not going to get access to them.

it seems most of there content is on a site called bilibili but its not easy to navagate cause i dont know chinese but like dudes uploading all there diffrent MTX and game play on there

I am guessing GGG does not make those microtransactions. That means the Chinese regime would directly profit if they were bought by us. Do you wish to support them?
