Latest patch crashes my video card.

I am getting the same error as OP with a ryzen 7 1700, nvidia 1080ti, 16gb ram. In my case I can get it to run on my 4k tv @60 mhz, but if I try to play on my 144mhz monitor the gpu crash happens.

So what I have done so far:
Outside of game
verified files, reinstalled on steam, reinstalled as standalone, run as admin, changed priority in task manager, and underclocked gpu, updated drivers (gpu, cpu, motherboard)

In game
tried full screen, windowed, vsync on/off, set fps to 60/144, minimized the graphics, tweaked every graphical setting, and when im playing I am not even getting to 100% gpu usage at time of crash.


I am at a point where I don't even know what to do here anymore.

Its pretty mind boggeling that there is still not reply from ggg about this issue, as it locks out people completly from the game.

3 crashs in 30 mn , 5 this morning ...... Impossible to play

The same random game crashes. Sometimes there are error messages, sometimes not.

The game crashes very often. Especially when I enter the location, or exit the location. Sometimes crashes happen completely randomly, just when I stand in hideout.

Have 2060 Nvidia.

Same here, no error report pops-up, it just freezes and closes on itself.

if you are having the black screen issue with full fans blowing. Disable multicore rendering / engine w/e its called. fixed it for me but performance will hurt!

dxdiag there. Having the same issue sometimes is says something about shaders other times it will say some other jargon I don't quite understand but it always says essentially my gpu is shutting down.
