Latest patch crashes my video card.

Hi, new user here, in my case, as PurpurMan said sometimes there are error messages that pop-up sometimes not.

I'm more a casual gamer, so I started playing the game in Steam and after a while goofing, I get a Necromancer build and I moved to the standalone client. Of course I uninstalled it from Steam and installed it from the client (actually I reinstall Windows 10)

So, this make me think in two possibilities:

1 - Maybe my video card don't support well PoE, and for some reason playing on Steam don't give me any crash, and

2 - As everyone said the latest patch in some way has some issues.

Anyway, at the moment I'm not playing, mostly because I don't want to get frustrated.

I hope that 3.10 version fixed this issue
Played today after new updated came out. Still happens. Im getting the "The GPU will not respond to more commands" BS. No idea whats causing this... Game is unplayable
Exact same problem with the gpu won't respond to more commands. Only started playing this week. Act 1 was fine, but this keeps kicking off in Act 2 zones :(
Same issue here with the "Map:The gpu device..." error. It used to only happen every once in a while but now its starting to happen within minutes of trying to do ANYTHING. I finished the first trials after crashing at least 10 times and wen I entered the last room to get the treasure and get my Necro options it crashed as I entered.
OP here, My PC has been fine with PoE since 3.10

Just goes to show it was nothing on my end causing it.
Any fix for this yet?

My friend says his game runs for 5-10 mins before crashing. Keeps getting the same error - screenshot below. The production_config / clean driver install / dxdiag all don't work

no fix yet, crashing as always

sometimes i dont crash for hours if i change the resolution/ fullscreen to windowed, change resolution again and go back to full screen then relaunch the game.

Alt enter also seems to crash more frequently.

I havent tried with DSR disabled thoo
I will never be good but always I try to improve.

Having the same issue, just PoE that f's my computer for a total freeze and need to hard reboot.

I made this post on reddit and no answers either in r/poe or r/troubleshoot:

I have had this issue with my PC that when playing Path of Exile (or Diablo just these two games) it just randomly freezes the whole computer. Just a hard reboot works. The screen is just a freeze of whatever was rendered recently on both screens. No BSOD or anything other visible.
These freezes happen randomly, sometimes 5 times in 20 minutes or once a day or even week. But when they happen back to back within a short time span it really bugs me and I cant enjoy Path of Exile. There are no other games or programs that does this to my system and I want to learn how to troubleshoot this or just get it fixed if anyone here has any ideas.

What have I done at this point?

* I have looked at temps on GPU/CPU and those are fine, other games get way higher temps. Even tried putting fans on 75-100% RPM instead of auto which usually goes to like 55-65%. So shouldnt be temps.

* I have changed to different drivers for my Geforce 1060 to waaay old and to the newest, still freezes. Also tried different renders than directx like Vulkan in PoE. No change.

* I have tried to underclock AND overclocked my graphics card a few notches safely thru afterburner. No artifacts shown and is stable both attemps also in other games while testing. Also tried the same with CPU.

* Changed to standard memory settings instead of XMP/OC tweaks in bios for the RAM. No change.

* Format C: // reinstalled Windows 10 clean. Issue still happens :/

I have also tried to understand Windows Event Viewer to locate if anything interupts something in the system while playing but cant really find anything useful (or interpretable as a cause?)

My system is fine and works great otherwise, but just this underlying issue whilst playing PoE or Diablo.. annoys me.

What can I do more? Or what can the issue possibly be? Hardware?

Suggestions? Thanks!
Having the same issue here.
Didnt GGG say nothing about this yet?
Bump, I am also having this issue with 2060 Super. Any fixes that I'm not aware of?
