Latest patch crashes my video card.
Has this issue been resolved? I am experiencing the same issue, down to the very high gpu usage. This does not happen playing any of my other games, only poe. Trying to get ready for league start and this starts to happen.

You are running windowed fullscreen with disabled in-game vsync, that's why you have high gpu usage. That or you have a toaster for a video card.
No rest for the wicked.

" It seems we're seeing more and more people lately that had they in-game vsync option disabled. |

" Yeah, for me, apparently one of the latest gforce driver updates decided that for some games, it won't bother with any type of vsync, unless it's the game's one or unless it's in fullscreen. No rest for the wicked.

I'm having the same issue on my end. Sometimes for a few seconds both of my monitors just go black, showing me the source they have selected (HDMI) and then they go back to normal. When this first happened I had POE and Path of Building opened. As the monitors came back, POE had already crashed and Path of Building was in a "Not Responding" state. Every other crash I've had was pure black screen that requires full restart initiated by me or by the PC itself.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents,
gettin the same crash: " The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRevovedReason to determine the appropriate action. (GetDeviceRemovedReason: The GPU will not respond to more commands, most likely because of an invalid command passed by the calling application.)" ive even tried underclocking and turning off my XMP for my ram, still crashes within like 30 seconds of the game running. ~ Nvidia 2070 Super ~ |

I have the same problem, after version 3.9 went live, my GPU went crazy.
When I played Blighted there was nothing. I have updated to latest driver etc but nothing helps so it must be something changed in Poe. Hoping that a GM is reading this, so we can get a quick patch. GEforce GTX 1080 TI, driver version 441.66 |

It's not just AMD cards. I have not been able to play this league because of all the crashes.

Having similar issues but I've managed to narrow it down to when Tane appears on the screen. I got somehow rid of that by disabling fullscreen optimizations but now recently I got a crash when creating a Metamorph. Always requires a PC reboot in case that happens.
DxDiag: https://pastebin.com/85G1jHPS AMD Ryzen 3700X @ 4.25ghz Sapphire 5700 XT Nitro+ running on most recent Adrenalin drivers. 32GB Corsair Dominator @ 3200C16 Windows 10 1803 build I have tried: - Disabling fullscreen optimizations - Undervolting GPU - Stock CPU clocks - Running windowed 1600x900 (this actually seems like a workaround without getting any crash) - Fiddling with in-game settings. Client.txt doesn't indicate any D3D errors. This same kind of issue has been happening on League of Legends but I fixed it by using low-spec mode. I'm getting the same crash error as OP. Seems to only happen in town, mostly when loading in. It also seemed to happen whenever me and a friend are about to kill the Metamorph boss, but that hasn't happened in a while.
Seems like it might be mtx related in town, it doesn't seem to happen in town when its just me and another, and sometimes I can walk through the town and when I get to where people who are AFKing would come onto screen it crashes. Just my 2 Windows 10 9900k 2080ti latest drivers EDIT: Tried what the person above me said about running in windowed 1600x900 and it crashed during load screen.
