I doubt it, the base is still only 54%. The added flat should however make 1h more viable than previously but 2h is likely still optimal(i.e starforge slayer)

maybe 2h is 11 weapon range when 1h is 9 ?
Still, 2h will have 60% more damage this patch
and don't forget 2h vs 1h(dual wield)
4.5 X starforge dmg better than 2.25 x main hand dmg + 2.25 x off hand dmg
and on top of that, 56% effectiveness so flat dmg halve in real...
so, one punch man if you go heavy strike (facebreaker ofc)
1000 punchs man if you go cyclone

That added damage is added up to the base before multiplying it with 56% so it isn't as huge as it seems. Depends how much they buffed 2h, if it's really by 50-60% these flat damage numbers are on point.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

It has 54% dmg effectiveness so its a little more than half of 56-85 that actually gets added to the skill

or they nerf %dammage conversion from 300% to 150%.

apparently the 2h buff goes to 60% over 1h, where as it already has 45% boost over 1h. meaning it should be buffed an additional 15% instead of actually getting buffed by 60%.
