Steelskin and the Guard Skills
" So you're saying that, GGG should balance everything around 700+ delves rather than atlas when prolly more than 99% of the whole playerbase could not care less about deep delving, since atlas is easy. Well said. Atlas will be easy as you say when builds are properly optimized. Not all people do so, and even when they do they will still die to shitty mods or careless play in atlas. 0 challenge to begin with? Maybe for you and other top-tier players. You are demanding the game to be specifically tailored to that small population, who plays that one small 'hard' feature in the game. Last edited by Sielin on May 29, 2019, 6:28:46 AM

I read so many well thought, senseful comments here, that inspired me for one aswell
most of the yeah, pog, nice, cant wait... commentators, dont even get affected by any change to IC, as they play their chars only to lvl33 |

" you balance around you player-base and their used builds as well as the standard progress done by them. Welcome to real world. IC changes are awesome, finally no mindless IC trigger. But arkhali is dead with that :/ Current Build: Penance Brand
God build?! https://pobb.in/bO32dZtLjji5 |

so how is this supposed to work on consoles? performance is so paar on ps4 and xbox that whenever a player approchaes a large groub of mobs the game will freeze, making any kind of timed skill unusable since you cannot react or even see whats happening.

immortal call should be renamed to added defense call
since the name will be a lie.. there will be nothing immortal about it
Oh... wow... this is *seriously* going to tweak off all of those builds that relied on Immortal Call to auto-save them from big hits.
Now it maxes out at 40% mitigation (to all, which is a buff) but it still won't help you much against the cheese of one shot goodness. I do like that they have defensive powers, now, but my little button bar is seriously running out of space... Patch Notes 3.15:
Fixed a bug where players believed the game was playable. This has been corrected and made retroactive. Patch Notes 3.19: Fixed a bug where players adapted to 3.15. This bug cannot be corrected, so we have implemented a 90% reduction in item access as a punishment.
Bex on Immortal Call:
" Bex's conclusion: " I occasionally watch player highlights and see people still dying to invisible enemies/effects, desync, DCs, crashes, etc. What kind of 'skill' does GGG expects players to manifest in order to counter these situations? I mean, how does one 'plan' for a DC or 'respond' to desync? While I still question GGG's balancing strategy for PoE over the internet, I believe it would be great for LAN parties. |

...nice stupid nerf of IC. -____- thats just dumb
|
|
I think this is heading in the right direction.
To all of you crying for the IC nerf. Can't you see that we have those hilarous OS mechanics BECAUSE OF HOW IC IS. Because of one single fucking spell, they had no choice but to make stupid one shot hard hitters to make ppl die... The mobs are not the reason IC exists. IC IS the reason why this mobs exist. So yeah, next league is probably gonna be harsh cause those mobs still exist and IC does not. But now they are free again to make previsible and reasonable damage sources and not fucking dumb OS mechanics to even hope some ppl will die. To me, this is the begining of a bigger change who will bee far much healthier to the game that what we have now. I can see coming in coming patches "Biggest sources of damage from heavy hard hitters monsters have been reduced" To GGG : Thanks for the bold move, don't back up and keep it going ! |
