That's pretty neat
Oof. This seems pretty cool but it could also make a few builds that rely on Molten Shell entirely non-viable if it no longer dishes damage out in multiple instances.
I wonder how this will affect all the builds that use Immortal Call + Molten Shell in a CWDT setup (my builds included). O_o
Any changes to porcupines accompanying the change to Immortal Call?

looks great, i'm all for a more engaged combat system, that isn't just hold right click, pray my life leech and pots hold out.

The new direction with melee seems to give players lots of choices, and lots of ways to mitigate damage via player skill instead of some auto mechanic of leech / life on hit. Or full damage conversion to elemental.

Also like the option / way for the armour to be worth actually wearing now against big bosses.
