Eternal Youth - what a pointless node. Why would anyone choose to spend a valuable passive point on a node that severely cripples life recovery, then moves shield recovery to life? In many cases this will just result in the same or less life recovery and no shield recovery at all.

So my take-away from this is it's deliberately bad because corruption can do that and it's a risk that exists. If you had a few passives in the area that were good or great, you may find they get turned into terrible ones that cripple your character.

That also makes me fearful that jewels will lock into place, or the passives can't be uncorrupted just by removing the jewel otherwise people would just unsocket their jewel upon getting an outcome like this, rather than using Orb of Regrets to disable the bad passives and only keep the good ones.

Because this means that recharge affects your life instead. This means that life acts like ES. Faster start of recovery and items like Masterminds Devouring Diadem works with this.

Edit:
It's not the same as regeneration, it's separate.

Could you please elaborate?
Ok, this is cool, gonna try out Legion, should be fun from what I've been seeing in the previews
🔷🔶🔰🌀✨Standard>Leagues✨🌀🔰🔶🔷
🔷🔶🔰🌀✨Make trade like the Grand Exchange from RuneScape✨🌀🔰🔶🔷

Let us zoom out more. Bring back 32:9, Heist Alt Quality Gems, Gear Enchanting, Prophecy, Metamorph & Crucible. Stop removing content from the game. Stop nerfing everything. Stop making the game slow
This post is realy great ...

Nice to have all teasers here, without to be forced to browse reddit :)

Regeneration isn't the same as recharge rate (or recovery or pots). With the node, Life will still recover at the base ES recharge rate (20% per second) (which happens after 2 seconds of no damage (this delay before recharge starts can shortened)). The recharge rate can also be increased as well.

All in all, it will only affect life leech rate and passives/items that specifically grant "life regeneration". It won't affect pots or the recharge rate.

Its not a bad node. Like most key nodes, its effectiveness is limited to specific builds. Mainly character builds that don't have good life regen or life leech, and have high reliance on life pots.
GGG, you installed spyware on my computer? Just finished planning out a build using Farrul's Fur, the next day adding a div card for it :D
regular 75% ele res. = 25% dmg taken

Divine Flesh
ele maxed at 75% and chaos maxed at 85% = 20% dmg taken

Divine Flesh + Incandescent Heart
ele maxed at 75% and chaos maxed at 85% = 17,5% dmg taken
added 3% max resist item = 14,5% dmg taken (Apep's Slumber or Ahn's Heritage)
added 4% max resist item = 13,5% dmg taken (The Grey Spire or Saffell's Frame)
4% max resist item + one 1% corruption = 12,5% dmg taken
4% max resist item + both 1% corruption = 11,5% dmg taken

that is:
20% less elemental dmg taken from jewel itself
30% less elemental dmg taken with 1 unique added
46% less elemental dmg taken with 2 uniques added
50% less elemental dmg taken with one corruption added
54% less elemental dmg taken with both corruptions added
(compared to normal 75% resistances, not counting other sources of maximum elemental resistances like auras)

thought it require big investments in chaos resistance
Where is Glancing Bows??? After checked the updated skill tree, i can't find it anywhere. I thought it was meant to be replaced Resolute Technique?

It wasn't replaced in normal tree, it is replaced by using the new Legion jewel.
