Ghost Reaver leech has so many problems, and there are actually other ES builds then CI, especially as occultist. but most of all, there are many skills in the game that buff a specific playstyle. and thats okay.

I hope that the new gloves don't work with bane. Otherwise it will be completely necessary to use them.

Umm bane is a skill that casts linked curses it isn't a curse or an aura itself so no you won't be able to blasphemy bane

It just has the Curse tag which might make it possible. If it works it's not gonna get the dmg bonus from linked curses I think

Bane looks very interesting even if I hoped it give also an additional curse.

As I will certainly start with a death aura build, I guess I will use it against bosses and still use Blasphemy for map cleaning.

edit: I wonder how it works with Cast When Damage Taken. Would it apply only Bane in every cases or would I have to handle with gems levels to make only Bane be casted ?

47% More per curse? Sounds fun to play around with a 5 curse character. Nice. Very nice.
Too early to judge the skill right now, looks good in the video for non modded map, as soon youll have monsters have increased movement speed/attack/cast speed you dead before even the projectile reach the monsters because of the slow moving proj.

I hope the dot damage will stuck on single target otherwise it will be like ED need a lot of currency to get good but not perfect single target dps.

Bane looklike contagion but with curse so you dont need to reserve curse with blasphamy but still cannot be judged yet.

At the end gonna give it a try as starter le and hope it is worth it.

No doubt 4% leech for CI build with huge hp will be… a buff to them :)
Nothing against that. And sure there are ways to atleast make that leech usefull for life builds- maybe go EB and not worry about mana comes to mind or low life.
However, I still think that soulbane leeching ES does not help diversity.
