Btw, a little tip, today i tried Uber lab (dangerous Izaro), i removed The Golden Rule Viridial Jewel and put LGOH in my 5Link socket. Uber lab has plenty full of trap rooms and it´s very dangerous to be bleeded. Even without being bleeded (and without CDR belt) was fast kill :-).


That only proves once more that theres nothing to worry about bleed.

By removing the Golden Rule jewel only (and not the boots) you basically did nothing to bleed, you only harmed your DPS.

I will say this once more: bleed reflected from Molten Strike / Lightning Strike to ourselfs via The Golden Rule is NOTHING. It is so small that can be IGNORED. Why? Build has little to non melee physical dmg, more than that Molten Strike / Lightning Strike are 50% elemental. Only physical part can apply bleed. More than that bleed is being reduced by 1) physical dmg reduction (endurance charges, 10% reduction from boots, fortify) 2) Pantheon (Tukohama, Araakali) 3) life regen 4) life leech instances (CWDT - Warlords Mark).

The only bleed that can be sometimes (rarely) dangerous is this applied from the boots themself. The Red Trails has 50% chance to be inflicted with bleed from any outside hit that can cause bleed (again: only physical dmg sources) Yet still this is very managable which I prooved on my vids doing a) T16 Mino facetank (huge physical dmg spikes) and b) 120%+ corrupted red maps with Vulnerability and Syndicate members. More than that after doing like 50 red maps (T12-T16) on standard I can say that bleed is only dangerous when in combination with other Damage over Time like huge chaos dmg or huge Ignite. Those moments can be rippy (hi Uber Atziri).

Now back to lab. I did full Merci run without changing anything with no issues at all @5.1k hp. Traps will bleed you anyway no matter u have The Red Trails or not. They're designed that way. More than that lab traps apply bleed based on x% of your maximum life. The best way to deal with them is a) Death Doors boots b) doing them with Leap Slam / Lightning Warp without moving to much, killing "aura traps" in-between the jumps to regain life / endurance charges.

LGOH (life gained on hit) should socketed all the time with this build in Molten Strike setup even at the cost of fortify in a 5link. With 20/20 gem this is added 700 - 1080 life gained per sec on average.

You need that LGOH for higher tier with dmg mods...and fortify... maybe on shield charge or LS setup...

Just a quick update on how build is going in Betrayal. I have all the gear required except 6 link so Im using a tip from a friend (thx Doklol) - speced 2 points into 15% bleed chance on hit with attacks at the bottom of the tree. This way with Wildfire jewel I can have almoust like 6link setup.


T13 Elder downed at lvl 90 on a 5link.



Wasnt deathless. I get one shotted with 5.8k life. Need few more lvls to reach 6.1-6.2k life pool to be safe.

Now there are few things I need before I do a Shaper or Elder again in Betrayal. 6link chest, lvl 21 Discharge, lvl 20/20 Heralds, lvl 20/20 all Faster Attacks. Few more lvls (92-93) and better jewels. Also I need to capture Tahsin for life regen and additional phys dmg reduction while stationary and Armala for more chaos res. That said im preatty happy with the build right now and how it worked out in a temp league. I think next update will be after I reach things mentioned above.

Dunno about Concecrated Path. LS im using because I can go range when needed (Arc does the job). As far as mobility goes, yes, Shield Charge + FA + Leap Slam was my golden standard in any Mjolner build. That said currently in my Betrayal character Im using Shield Charge + FA + Lightning Warp but thats a stylish choice, for more "in-theme" roleplay ;)


Finally managed to put the build together and I'm really enjoying it after a few changes to accomodate my playing skills. I tried Concecrated Path and it felt really clunky so I gave up on that idea quite fast. Now I just need to get some currency to upgrade gear and jewels. Thank you for the build, it has made mapping fun after weeks of frustration and boredom.

The changes I made if someone is interested;
1. Dropped Lightning Strike because I wasn't really using it and use Vortex - Arcane Surge - Efficacy - Increased Duration to proc Arcane Surge without weapon swapping. Vortex is now instant cast so it makes keeping Arcane Surge up easy and smooth even when moving and during bosses.
2. To avoid getting stuck in Delve and maps with tight corridors I swap Faster Attacks with Cyclone in the Shield Charge - Faster Attacks - Fortify link. I can still dodge stuff with Shield Charge and clear smoother with Cyclone.
3. I picked Paragon of Calamity instead of Beacon of Ruin mainly to get rid of the lag it causes so my friends and PC won't hate me :D Also having some leech, all res and being reflect immune is quite nice. I can finally do my corrupted maps that have piled up from other builds^^
Everyone can adjust the build for his/hers liking. For me beacon of ruin is to good both single target and clear speed wise to be exchanged for smtg else. I would rather lower my graphical settings than changing it to something else ;P

For a high level character (lv95 for example), what would you take? Celestial Punishment?

Btw,

When fighting vs a big boss i usually pop life flask with anti-bleeding, so am i losing dps? Maybe would be a good idea to put a Life flask with anti-curses for example and antoher flask for anti-bleed ?
