Ok I am a bit confused now.

Do you have a current Tree and Equipment layout for 3.6 for Loreweave ?
I seem to be getting mixed up on Gem and Tree between the two chest pieces.

SpookyJane is my character.

I know I need to get rid of that ring.

Another question... should we try and make all of our resistances the same ?

Currently passive tree is the same for both chests (as stated in the guide). Gem links are just slightly different as u have to use LGoH with Loreweave while you dont with Kingsguard. So with Kingsguard you can use Fortify and thats it while with Loreweave you must drop Fortify (or Ancestral Call) for LGoH and possibly invest in "x% chance to Fortify on hit" Mjolner.

Thanks for the Reply.

I was just checking as I see Herald Of Ice, Herald Of Ash and Herald Of Thunder on the gloves and I do not run that per your old build guide that was using Kingsguard.

I now have Leapslam / Fortify / Faster Attacks, like you did before.

OHHH I see what you mean now... DOH HAHA :)
Yeah that Mjolner with Fortify on hit is a bit costly, atm 10ex. Have to start saving up.

I hope u dont use all 3 Heralds... just Herald of Ice and Thunder. Otherwise to low mana for MoM. Anyway even with just 2 Heralds your overall EHP is kinda lowish - 6.4k. You should aim at 7k+ so you need to work on improving life and mana so that u can have at least 4.9-5k life and 1.8-2k unreserved mana.

Okay I took out HoA, I will see if that improves..I do have 4.8k life and 1.8k unreserved mana
I could probably increase that with good jewels.
I play both the Jugg version and now this one, and honestly I don't get all the hype for the witch. Yes, clear speed is much better - but the damage is not compensating enough for the major loss in defense IMHO, at least if you do not have all the BiS items and jewels and are at least lvl 94. Random one-hits and death to bleeding are still a serious thing, and many map mods pose a serious threat (especially Vulnerability, Ele Weakness / -Max Res, 60% less / no regen etc.) - much more so than when playing the jugg build.
Only thing I really prefer more on the witch - apart from DPS - is the melee skill used, as Cyclone simply is much harder to aim on bosses, and makes dodging more difficult.

All in all, it of course depends on preference, but to anyone really aiming for the tankyness on this build, I would recommend the jugg version over this one. Yes you'll take longer to kill stuff, but you also survive much more. Slow (temp chains, kiss my a**!) and freeze-immunity, paired with beautifully high phys mitigation and even higher ele res than the witch Loreweave version make the Jugg version really nearly unkillable and superiour defense-wise to anything else I played before.
The only thing I cannot do with it so far is Aul (well, never met him :D) and Uber Elder - but I guess this is caused by at least 50% by me sucking at dodging stuff :D

In any case, this is by no means meant as a rant, just an opinion - I really appreciate both guides a lot and love the game play. So again thank you so much for having planned out these beasts :)

True - it all comes to preferences. However I wont confirm that Witch is squishy by any means. I was able to pull deathless Shaper one after another basically farming him with Witch in Betrayal. Something I was never able to do with Jugg (allways 1-2 deaths). That said you must be more carefull with the map mods with the Witch where with Jugg you basically dont care. As a general mapping mashine Witch is still better for me due to the great clear speed and good boss dps - something that Jugg is lacking in comparision. But yes if you plan to lvl high, even up to 100, have relaxing gameplay and just faceroll everything no matter the mods - Jugg all the way :)

On the side note: -max posses 0 threat as it doesnt affect Loreweave - with minus max your ress stays as set by Lorewaeve :)

It was possible on pure life version. Current version no longer supports that as it is life + mom with 2 Heralds.
