How about making a group key bind for flasks? Let's say you choose 3 or more flasks and you have to press 1 button to activate all 3 or more .. Just to reduce the amount of keys we have to press:)

This kind of automation and simplification in a game where players generally hold down right click and dont even need to look at mobs is going down a horrible path.

Flasks are strong, if you want them to take effect, you need to actually press a key on your board.

this mechanic seems like a lot of fun to me but i'm afraid i often won't be able to justify binding this skill over another with just one or two pieces, which is too bad.
Reminds me of "Convention of Elements" ring from Diablo 3, which is the worst item in the game and the item that almost every build need for high GRs. I don't like cooldown mechanic but I don't want to judge early on the new Focused mechanics.

I'm sure this is just a bad presentation where a key-mod is missing (and a link to the gem).

Maybe the focus gem has something with "less cooldown peer gem level" or "increased duration peer gem level". We don't know. Else it would only make sense except for short time dps boosts with "nearby enemys are shocked".

Why should I use the "cast sockeded spells when focussed" with long cooldown if I could just cast them directly? Would only make sense, when they are repetetly cast without the need to press the button again (Vortex "Aura" for 4 seconds?).
Just to press 1 button instead of 4?

Not so hyped by this news.

And with this, please tell me why GGG killed CwDT + Enduring Cry + Immortal Call.

Instant cast or not, Enduring Cry is a skill.
because you are not gonna get it IC up to a 8-12 second duration and thats if the cooldown starts on skill use not focus end

Unfortunately Warcries will still need to be selfcast, since they aren't spells.
As to why they killed that combo, it was a way to get (EDIT:ALMOST) permanent phys immunity without any player actions during gameplay, and they didn't like how easy it was becoming.

Maybe there is a mod with "reduce Focus cooldown by 1 second peer used Charge". With 8 Charges used you could then bypass the cooldown.

(2-3-2019) Buff underused skills (3.23?!)+ selfcast, stop nerfing defense, build in threshold jewels (3.23?!), implement D3-style looting, add death log + MTX preview, actually rework flasks, stop balancing around the .01%, unnerf Harvest, ADD NEW WAYS TO LEVEL, finally implement Loot 2.0
