Adding quality on your Blood Magic will help. I haven't brought your char into PoB to check for sure but quality and possibly another level should do it. The quality may be enough but I haven't done the math.

now i have put 10q on blood magic. doesnt help :(
but i was expecting that....when other exiles post their chars, they often have a vertex with lvl3 enlighten and no quality on blood magic at all....even though the gem is also at lvl19

You need level 21 blood magic to use both discipline + purity of elements.

Vertex => Enlighten 3 + Blood Magic 20 = Aura 35% + Aura 35%
=>>>>> discipline is 35% / any purity is 35%

Indigon => Enlighten 3 + Blood Magic 3 = Aura 35% + Aura 25%
=>>>>> purity OR discipline + herald of thunger only

Indigon => Enlighten 4 + Blood Magic 21 = aura 35+ aura 35%

blood 21 is 1ex and englight 4 is 4ex.
You can swap this gem to your mana and only only loose a few % of your mana. in the end the difference is realy small, it's just a min max optimisation.
You have 5ex to spend, go for it. If not, invest in good jewel and other watcher eyes or good glove/indigon lab enchant/ boot enchant ect ect.

It realy isn't big difference on the mana pool.

I have killed uber elder with much less gear than you!!!
Uber elder = cold + phys damage
=> 2 cold flasks + get eventualy a phys flask
=>remove your purity of element and get a purity of ice instead you absolutely don't care about fire and light (if you avoid shaper beam)

one more question. how's atziri? i have done it 4 times yesterday but its tough. I need to see how to speed up my character as it was hard to even escape from the circles. I had to take out arc so i dont kill myself on reflect and only did it with balllighting. dpg wasnt bad but definitely not u-atziri viable unless you have some godly deeps into mechanics and put in some mvt skill gem. any other lighting skill we could use for this fight? I am asking out of curiosity i dont plan to do uber with this char (already cleard it with other one)

btw what am I doing wrong that you got like 2mil shaper dps and i got 124k? :D i really feel like I am missing boss dmg, even clearspeed isnt the best as I gotta jump even few times in the groups. Is it the jewels? I saw quality of gems will add a bits there but not 1.9 mil :D ty

updated, bought ball lighting 21/20 for 2.6ex. according to POB its the biggest difference between lvl 18/20 and 21/20. it was like 20k per ball to 27k per ball. for example lighting pene from 18/0 to 21/20 would add only 1k

you are missing levels, better jewels, quality on relevant gems, mark of the shaper(gives as much dps as wrath does), lightning dmg enchant on boots and maybe some other things i'm missing... just as an example your arc shaper dps is just under 400k while mine is 800k.
