How do you hit such high ES? my gear all has ES and almost maxed % on the armor pieces and i barely have 6k. May i just ask the main sources of ES or is it only gear?

Also, when i run HoT, Wrath and Arctic Armor together with the Aspect of the Spider, i only have 38/959 mana left with 921 reserved. BUt in the videos i see he has roughly 102/936 with only 834 reserved. Do you have any idea why? The reserve reduction passives are already taken as per the skills tree posted.

With Spider, HoT, Wrath and Arctic Armor isnt your mana reduction 96%? how does he have 102/936 or 90% reduction only tho

Getting 13% attack speed on your jewels would put you at 4.25 with your current setup. Getting unnatural instinct would instantly put you to 4.30 without changing anything.

I hate doing lab but it's pretty chill with this build. Your ES regen can't be stopped once it starts regenerating. Just don't forget to use your anti bleeding potion and you'll walk through most stuff without having much trouble.

Using Path of Building and the attack speed it shows, and the one in-game are VERY different. According to PoB I'm perfectly sitting at 3.8 attacks per second, but IN-GAME it shows my attack speed to be slower, with full frenzy charges and everything.

So...is PoB wrong, or in-game wrong?

I was playing arc lightning warp inquisitor before and found this build, decided to give a try since I had a few items already and I really liked this playstyle, I'm also new to the game (400h~) and learning.
I managed to beat shaper first time ( ever ) on my last portal, I messed up evading some attacks and swaping to use lightning warp, getting used to it but it was fun and I'm really enjoying the build so far but with my lack of experience in the game, I have no idea how to push for more damage, it's not even close to what the build is capable of and not even close to the videos, what am I missing here? I know I need the gloves but it's too expensive for me right now, what else I can do to improve my damage? I get 7453 ES and I'm kinda fine with the survivability but I'm lacking damage ( sometimes I get 1 shot by syndicate members but well... betrayal ).
Can someone help me find out a way to improve ? Damage and a bit more of survivability if possible, thank you.

You have many options to improve your damage.

Level 21 arc is big, really BIG. You also don't need quality on it, so it's not that expensive.
You would need a watcher's eye with +ES on hit with discipline for some more survivability and also a Wrath mod (Lightning pen > crit chance > increased lightning damage) but that's obviously more expensive.
Your jewels could also be optimized. You current crit multi is 411%. 450-470% crit multi is easily achievable without costing too much. You have 136 str and 135 DEX, you're wasting mods on jewels instead of getting more damage/ES.

You're not forced to use curse on hit ele weakness gloves. You can play around and use a curse on hit setup on a 5 link for your frenzy. You can also get enfeeble curse on hit corruption which is cheap. Those options force you to spec into Malediction ascendancy. Which I think is better for you anyway since you're missing 2 powercharges from passives right now due to low level. Since you took one in the passive tree, you should have also took the "Instability" one going through the Spell damage per power charge node which is way better than power charge duration.

For pure damage on gloves without getting a second curse, a cheap option is to get a +0.X crit strike chance for spells corruption. Was super cheap, does big damage.

Your attack speed is way too low (around 3.2 with frenzy with charges), you need to bring it up to around 3.75, 3.78 being the maximum. Quality your frenzy links (Not all to 20%! You'll have too much attack speed). You lose 17% of your potential damage just here. With your attack speed being low, you lose poet's pen spell casts and also survivability if you get a discipline mod watcher's eye.

If you're on a smaller budget, I would suggest you this order of importance:
Fix your attack speed > Get the Instability power charge for now > fix your jewels (3 mods jewels with double crit multi are often cheap http://poe.trade/search/oonihakoonikim some of them are 10-20C while i'm watching right now > Get some gloves with the crit spell corruption for pure damage or get a pair with enfeeble curse oh hit if you want more safety > get level 21 arc > A ES/hit watcher's eye is around 3.5 Ex

Edit: 1-160 lightning damage enchant in uber lab is best in slot. Big damage increase for bosses, 10% ele pen is close but a bit worse. Try getting one if you have time. Today's lab is 6 rooms if you skip everything.

Your attack speed is at 3.66. You have some more room to improve it. Just tick "do you use frenzy charges?" in the configuration tab to see your frenzy attack speed and then select frenzy to check it's attack speed.

For shaper, it's mainly about learning the fight mechanics. You could do it with a really low ES pool if you know what he throws at your. I think that you should aim at around 7500 ES to start with just to feel comfortable doing almost anything.
