You have only 6k6 ES right now. That's one of the reasons why. Also, your attack speed with frenzy charges is too high (3.90) needs to be capped at 3.78, most preferably at around 3.75. This build is definitely in the glass cannon side when it comes to bosses until you get some more ES / Es recovery rate / Damage.
Also your 6 link for frenzy is unnecessary, it is made to get a high mana cost on frenzy to help indigon spell damage ramp up.

And Power Charge on Crit isn't in the Arc setup, Frenzy has a crazy low crit chance so it's very unreliable to proc power charges.

As for acuity, yeah i'll never swap them for anything else. But that's just my opinion.

Well It just seems like I cant do the t16 guardians without dying easily, or any big map mods like increased damage/attack speed, etc etc because im not leeching enough. Which is why I thought maybe the atziri acuity might help.

I have 9k ES, using stealthyy's build almost to the cue.

Like for example on chimera, I literally couldnt even beat him because of map mods like increased crit, power charge on crit, attack speed, monster damage, etc etc...

For spending like 50 exalts on this build I feel as if it should be able to do that, no?

Okay so mark of shaper swapped with cal of brotherhood, lightning pen with ele focus, and swap taste of hate with what?

Why did stealthyy have call of brotherhood and ele focus then? Just for aul or something specific?

Swapped taste of hate with wise oak, lightning res at 84, and both fire and cold at 78. That should help.

Call of brotherhood is for delve only, its fore freezing/corpse destruction, I use mark of the shaper for everything else

I am using ele focus because I have 8% pen on my poets, 15% pen on my watchers, and 9% pen on my helm, at this gear level ele focus becomes better than lit pen.

For Chimera with many dmg mods, use flame dash to run out when he does the red circle attack. This boss is also one of the few where I might die, since you have no regen and no leech when he is in the smoke phase if you do not have vaal disc up. Our defenses are just not that good vs smoke phase.

I checked my POB and controlled destruction seems way superior to lightning pen as well for arc with lots of ele penetration. I guess it's well worth it to swap it too.
Edit: arc crit chance becomes a bit too low for me with controlled destruction, making power charge generation too slow on bosses(no voidbringers). Maybe while using voidbringers it's worth a try.
If someone else uses acuity, the best option seems to get increased critical strikes instead of lightning penetration. More average damage on POB even against shaper and obviously way more against trash mobs. It also helps you build up power charges way faster (60% crit chance vs 83%).
