Guys how is this build overall like from personal xperience?
I sold my bv gear and got 200 ex budget atm and looking something really good .
Main things i wanna do is suber elder farming.
Delve depth 500-1k pushing.
Would love if the build could kill delve bosses allso. Ok mapping speed is a bonus allso.
Have been searching some really good endgame build for 2 days and omg i don't wanna run volatile dead pp :D whats the point spending hundreds of exalt into build if it can't run uber atziri xD.
And whit that budget what skilltree i should follow?
If you want a boss farmer you are better off playing a LL/RF Guardian.
This Build here generally is fast and aggressive and it obviously melts Bosses (check the video section - especially my own videos) It is reasonably tanky and you can farm UberElder with it as well - though if you are not good at the game you will probs use up one or two portals doing him. According to a bunch of people here in the thread they did all Delve Bosses on this Build as well. (I personally dont play this league)
That being said this is not a build were you walk in on a boss and afk-kill him. OneShotMechanics will kill you and you need to dodge stuff. So if thats your expectation for a 'bosskiller' go LL/RF instead.
You follow the skilltree appropiate for your level. This build is more Talentpoint restricted/GemLevel dependant then gear-dependant per se. It isnt like buying and then selling a Vortex is a huge investment.
Take note that you need specific gear to do UberAtziri; it is noted in the FAQ exactly whats up with that.
€dit: About delve: Check Meothaku's posts. He pushed down to delve ~1200 with this build. You can find his Videos linked on the frontpage and his posts a couple pages back.

Sorry if asking questions what is answered i am been searching new build for 2 days now :D and i am getting burned out of it. Overall as i andurstand 200 ex would be enough for evreything.

Yeah 200ex is enough to get a decently setup version of this build. I am over (or below?) 600 floors deep in delve without really modifying the build at all. After the point I am at you will want to start swapping to Meothaku's variation. The version he posted on page 99 (also quoted on the OP) is what he used, I believe, to about 1000. He then made another change I think around pg 124 to adapt to the delves 1000-1200.
From my personal experience, you can do all the delve bosses fairly painlessly as long as you follow mechanics. That said, Aul with any damage modifiers in the deep delves will 1 shot you in basically any instance with nearly any build. I have seen posts on the tankiest version of the VD PP build that state being 1 shot by him with modifiers.

A lot of people seem to enjoy this build more then they did any other build they played so far. Some are even going so far as to say it kinda ruined the other builds for them because it just feels so nice to play and is so well rounded.
So yeahh~ Maybe that helps?
You could give it a day and wait what others are saying about this.
On Empower 4 specifally: Yeah, depending on how much pen (which in turn depends on your watchers eye) you already have it might give you more DPS. You can use it then. I did not put it into the guide because I feel like recommending 2 lv4 Empowers on top of a really pricy Watchers Eye might be a bit to much for most people.
But as always with those questions about gear/gems: Use PoB and take a look. Thats what I do as well.

Penetrate is always money:
Penetrate-Watcher with crit starting from 35ex, while one with crit starts from 19
Poet with penetrare costs about 30ex.
If I have penetrate on a Poet - Will it only affect the spells that in that Poet ?
So it looks like Penetrate-Watcher has more priority then Penetrate-Poet ....
And since you are not a crab like I am, you focus on Mana and Mana spending for DPS rather then ES.

This is a very good build. I end up with it after probaby 5 builds for Witch and I very enjoy it.
Despite I dont play well, I can do guards and Shaper deathless with 90% probability (which is not enough for leveling though)

AFAIK, the implicit penetration works for everything, not just what's local to that weapon.

Its a very strong corruption. Allows you to switch out Lightning Pen for (if you have ~570%+ crit multi as well) Critical Strikes. At least on the warping setup. On the BossSetup I use Controlled Destruction since I compensate the reduced critchance with a Diamond Flask and my general Critchance is high enough.
There is some more Stuff you can do if you have 30+EX per Item to invest.
I don't tend to put this stuff into the BuildGuide though (or make my character tab public for that matter) because I feel like it will just put people off and spawn more and more questions that I do not want to answer. (like: when is controlled destruction better? why not use that and this and bla.)
That being said: All my Videos were recorded with a fairly bog standard setup that is also shown in the OP.

Do you think you will ever introduce some of the upgrades? I am building another character at the moment because I don't really want to craft anything else for the league, but I do have quite a bit more currency I could dump into this character. Ha, yeah I really enjoy this build. I like that there is flexibility in what you can do with it. This was also my first time really trying a Poets Pen build (which I now love).
I really want to go to 100 with this character, but I already did that grind once this league and man... it is a real grind. All that said, the additional level to all my pens would be really nice!
