I know these kind of posts usually gets ignored but I'm currently sitting on a bit more than 40 ex that I don't know what to do with. I only got 6.3k ES but I don't know what to swap out/upgrade in order to advance. I've done uber elder plenty of times but never deathless and sometimes I need to run 1 - 4 setups of fragments.
My main questions would be, what am I missing? What would you do with my ring? Slam/craft something? Other than that I'm just trying to delve and finish my challenges for the portal. Maybe I'll just spend it all on keys, HH or crafting.
Other than that, am I missing something big?

I do not think I ignore many posts - mostly those that have questions that got answered a lot.
I think you have a clear case of not really understanding how '%Increase' vs 'flat value' works.
Your ES pool depends on your gear. And ES on Gear means a lot. We have ~200% increased ES from the TalentTree and stuff. What that means is every 1 point of ES on gear will increase our actual ES pool by 3 Points.
Now - if you compare your boots to some of the rare boots others have posted here or even well rolled SinTreks you are missing out almost 200ES - on the item roll alone! That means you miss out on 600(!)ES from your boots. Your Rare Ring has no ES roll on it either!
My Ring has ~75ES on it - meaning compared to your ring I get about 225ES total from the ring alone. Your Indigon is missing Quality. Those 3 things alone propably set you back by ~1000 ES.
Your Belt is also missing 50ES. Thats another 150ES total you are missing out on. A lv 21 Discipline would also give you a good chunk of ES.
Just updating those thing would get you to about 7.5k ES from where you are currently at. Good Abyssal Jewels with a t1ES roll will give you another 150ES from just the one slot in your belt. You can obviously fill out more of your talent-tree jewel slots with more abyssal jewels if you want to.

I'm following the "Indigon League Gear/Setup (for the endgame, when you have a lot of currency) - start out with the League Gear PoB above and - if you like the build - transition to this once you are rich:" Tree and I got all the points from that one, well not all since im not lvl 100. Am I missing something?

Edit: I changed it somewhat. But in order to get all those points Id have to remove some others, I don't know what that'd be as they all feel equally important.

He doesn't seem to grok why there is a healthy mind and stuff - which I find the bigger problem but I am just done explaining/telling him what to change in his build. I even made two screenshots showing him exactly where his points are missing. But alas.
