It's a "new" concept because of the newly added shield, which makes you completely immune to bleed and poison while using CI and also gives some additional elemental defense in form of increased max resists while being poisoned.
I'm currently playing this build as my main character and it makes alot of fun. Also the unique claw "The Wasp Nest" is a great and very cheap weapon for this build.

You might want to think twice next time before accusing a closed beta veteran of this forum somewhat known for starting verbose, critical threads of being lackadaisical in their efforts to furnish GGG with feedback. Also, you have no idea what sort of extra-forum interaction I might have had with the devs about Flicker Strike, do you? Hint: lots. One of my unique designs was going to based around it, for example.
Im not supposed to know all the forum heroes because Im much more of a kind which loves exactly playing games instead of talking about them on forums.

Im glad you figured it out yourself. I also know somewhat so much more about how GGG do their jobs and Im not among the all-time satisfied crowds, so dont be way too much fooled by the "Joined" date.

And I realized this long ago. Its very high to just cheaply buy it max rolled and dont bother yourself farming it on your own. Posted it before the league start and actually seeing the effect so yeah. Im also wondering, how the fact something could be worse than it already is makes it's current shitty state better.

Not tried to be neither of this, really. Not in that highly aggressive degree as you might think of at aleast. The main reason why it looks so is mostly thanks to a lack of English knowledge. I cant give people a proper conversation because you dont really meet people who deserve more than "lol omfg youre a retard" on the Internet which doesnt really help in pushing your studies further than B2-B1 levels. Great idea of using Apep's Supremacy + CI + The Golden Rule in combo.
On the other hand i'm considering the usage of Vaal Double Strike in role of 'additional boss DPS' as huge fail of skill balance in 3.3. Your build can't have enough DPS for bosses? No problems, add Vaal Doulbe Strike to your build. VDS makes any build viable.
Previous Botw has 6 offcolor chest and this one also has 5offcolor chest.
Offcolors are easy to get with splendour chest. Actually, there are no offcolors cuz splendour is a 3-attribute chest. Thats why I chose that chest instead of a rare
Flicker Strike... i started this league with flicker strike build. Not good, not cheap, impossible controlled the many dead in the boss fight. Atzir, Abyss, red map bosses.
Fast map cleaner ok but not controllable. I like it the begining, but now? Flicker build is not fit for me.
