Great idea of using Apep's Supremacy + CI + The Golden Rule in combo. On the other hand i'm considering the usage of Vaal Double Strike in role of 'additional boss DPS' as huge fail of skill balance in 3.3. Your build can't have enough DPS for bosses? No problems, add Vaal Doulbe Strike to your build.
