Berserker's numbering skips 12, leading Aspect of Carnage to be #13. Unlucky node, or just a small error?

These appear to be the changes from the initial reveal. Did I miss anything?

Chieftain
- Tawhoa, Forest's Strength: Increased Fire Damage per Endurance Charge nerfed from 10% to 6%.
- Ngamahu, Flame's Advance: Physical Damage as Extra Fire Damage for 3 seconds every 10 nerfed from 100% to 70%.
- Hinekora, Death's Fury: Covering enemies with ash changed from "when you Hit them" to "on Hit".

Berserker
- Rage: Life loss per second per 1 Rage buffed from 0.2% to 0.1%.
- Rite of Ruin: Wording changed from "Effects granted from Rage are Doubled" to "Effects grants for having Rage are Doubled".

Question, is Rage affected by Ichimonji's increased buff effect mod? Rite of Ruin's prior wording suggests that it might have been previously, but the new wording makes me uncertain.

10% chance to gain 1 Rage when you Hit a Rare or Unique Enemy...
Must be like at least 50% to be good.
Chieftain still has a NOde that is devoted to Modifiers to endurance charges.... and only generates endurance charges on killing burning enemies.... and still doesn't even help you ignite enemies. So utterly reliant on you providing external endurance charges on boss fights and having to go crit build or chance to ignite support to function. I hate it so much. Please remove the burning requirement on Tawhoa or have it provide chance to ignite like Chieftain used to, and double please provide at least a small chance to work on hit vs unique/bosses.
