The Beserker and Chieftain have changed slightly since you saw them last. Here are the updates!
" Yes. RF is considered a degen, NOT an ignite. Regardless, there is a difference between "Immune" and "Unaffected". Immune means the game cannot do that thing to you. Unaffected means the game still does it to you, but you don't take damage from it. So you can still BE ignited, but you don't take damage from it. |

" Righteous Fire is a burning DoT from RF, not an Ignite. You do get 100% increased fire resistance, though, which almost caps you with a Rise of the Phoenix alone. "Into the Labyrinth!

So, now its only possible to go RF with a chieftain and it works better with endurances charges. Going for the 1 Ramako, sun's light and 5 Hinekora, Death's fury ?
(had a doubt about ignite because RF can be stoped by a flask who removes ignite) Last edited by moumout#4809 on Feb 25, 2018, 4:38:08 PM

Uncontrollable degen on Rage still... a big fuck off to Rage mechanics from HC point of view.
Rather go Blood Rage for a bit less degen, 20% att speed with 3+ frenzy charges. |

I feel like Ngamahu and Hinekora should be swapped around. Hinekora is good for fire damage hits in general whether it started as fire or was converted from phys (or any other types), while Ngamahu is mostly focused on physical base damage converting to fire. It's kinda lame to force anyone who wants Hinekora's fire leech or ash effect or even totem leech to go through a Ngamahu they very well may not care about (beyond the fire pen). Meanwhile just about anyone that wants Ngamahu would also want Hinekora, cuz at the very least the Ash is significantly useful.

So with Ramako, Sun's Light you are Unaffected by Ignite instead of Immune, so you're still Ignited. Which can happen often enough thanks to the 10% Physical Damage taken as Fire, especially when you use a Moku's Embrace. So you get Ignited all the time, which would allow you to make (at least somewhat) reliable use of the Eye of Innocence and Martyr of Innocence.
Question remains if such a build would amount to anything worthwhile. "Into the Labyrinth!
