Don't know about you, but in my book it isn't doing better every expansion. Not saying that PoE is dying, not by a long shot, but wild growth isn't exactly what we see now.

I begrudgingly have to admit that the statement "This game is as f2p as it gets." may be true? I don't know because I don't keep track nor am I familiar with that kind of information across the spectrum of f2p games.

Miska joined in March 2014. So I assume that is when he started playing.

My personal view is that GGG should state that the game is free to try out. Or at least put some kind of caveats there, rather than saying that it is completely free to play. Gibbousmoon proposed what I thought was perfect wording. I went back and looked for that but couldn't find it.

There is only 1 thing I dislike more then putting words in my mouth, and that's people being pendantic. And that's been your only reply since like page 5 of this topic. You just nitpick on peoples arguments.

Explain to me why this forum doesn't hold many posts of new players that are complaining about pay to win? Or about lack of space? I can tell you why that is. It's because this game compared to 99.99% of all other f2p games is generous in what it gives people.

I get that when I started playing there were alot less tiny bits of items that I didn't need to store. But then again, people can just make another account to store things on. Or make a character that temporarily stores things. I have already said multiple times in this topic I am not against maybe giving people 1 free premium tab or something. I don't disagree with most of what you are saying. Just the way you word it is just not right.

You can take free to play and non pay to win as literal as you want. But you can't just pass up on what f2p actually means in the gaming industry. How players look at a game with the tag f2p. Alittle bit of incentive to spent money is more then accepted generally.

Haha, this one is good. So you are telling me, new players are coming to PoE, and are DISAPPOINTED in the free to play model this game offers? You have lost your mind. You are completely disconnected from the real world.

I chose not to respond on that because our vieuws are to different to work out. I just don't believe that if they put in a tab that hold certain items it then becomes mandatory, even though we were all doing just fine before they introduced it. I also don't believe that free to play people should have the exact same game setup as paying players.

If any tabs or more tabs for that matter were necesarry to play this game I would agree with a change of word. But they aren't. All you lose by being free to play in PoE is time. The amount of items you can store for free across multiple accounts/chars is practically limitless. Sure it is gonna be more annoying or time consuming, but this is something that is accepted in the free to play gaming community.
