Sao Paulo Server latency

From the problem found, would it be possible to give us an estimate of the time to recompose the server from São Paulo?

Other regions just don't have these types of networking problems. Brazil is several orders of magnitude worse for connectivity then any other region we're in.

You have my apologies for the outage. It really sucks that this has gone on for so long, and in the middle of the weekend. I promise I am doing everything I can to bring things back as quickly as possible.

Any chance that in the future we will have another server for the SA region located in another South American country?

Thank you for answer this! I really hope you guys can put another server in the region, so we can all enjoy this amazing game without so many issues.
Finally a GGG word <3 ty , even this is a "band-aid" fix, its good to know that you guys actually care.
Just RIP the amount of maps lost....over 50c worth of maps just vanished on dcs =/
Yeah make another server on SA or move the one in brazil to a more reliable country, this its not the first game that host servers on brazil and things end badly. Think about Chile or Uruguay.

I play dota2, cs and cod on brazil servers for 10 years and I have 5ms ping stable connection.

Maybe you need buy a new machine or a new server instead of blaming brazil for this problems.

Thank you.
My end, it justifies my means,
All I ever do is delay,
My every attempt to evade,
The end of the road
And my end....
