Sao Paulo Server latency

Same here. If it matters, I'm using OI Velox's Internet.

Im using velox too. Any non velox user having this problem? Can be something with velox....

The game Paladins use softlayer for gateway as well. I did some traceroute, and the problem seems to be softlayer's route!

Yeah, that's why I asked to somebody do some tests using that IP.

My ISP isn't OI, its a local provider using Vogel Telecom link (so it isn't OI's fault - this time...)

Aus servers are having issues in the last 2 months. That gateway has no hope anymore. A low average of players don't have problem while majority have huge lag spikes.

Our problem is pretty much new and is in fact with softlayer as that IP of paladins show that.

My last email with GGG was discouraging, they couldn't read a HTML exported file of WinMTR. I sent AGAIN an image (because into my first contact I attached an image, but those question about firewall seem to have blurry their vision) and now just have to wait...

This is the last feedback I received by email from ggg support:

i got same one July 1, its July 2, nothing is done, i cannot play the game properly at 180 200ms, i had hope with GGG support, but after this :/, if anyone can make a post on Reddit explaining the problem so i can reply there my english is not that good, i´ll reply there, ty

That 12% packet loss is due the longest time doing winMTR and server discarding ICMP protocol

The 2w race is dead for me :(

Hop number 6 can show that something is wrong with that border hired by softlayer since D3 uses the same company border (saopaulo.sp.ix.br) and is performing fine.

Same for me, 20 mb fiber, i have no problems in other games, in fact i tested in tree of savior, dota 2 and cs, had a stable 7 ping at these games! The max i got in a 54m dota 2 match was 8 ping.
