Sao Paulo Server latency

Wonder why they didn't redirect to Texas instead, since the ping to that one is lower for most of the "South Americans" by what i heard.

I wonder WHY they don't FIX IT Already.

That's saturday and we can't play while they're off for the weekend...

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

24h sao paulo server offline now, and still no response.... I'm coming here 2h/2h to see if server is up again and guess what? nothing

zzzzzzz
My end, it justifies my means,
All I ever do is delay,
My every attempt to evade,
The end of the road
And my end....

Go to your start menu and type "cmd", without "" of course, click on command prompt
type "ping br.login.pathofexile.com -t" and check the latency there.
this way you don't have to come here every 2h to check if servers are fine.
The worst problem is the little information, 24h from offline server and nobody from ggg had the respect to say what is being done. This all coming from a company praised for the attention with its players.
and the same problems started again, the server migration did't work apparentely

i'm playing in texas almost the whole league cause br is unplayable. thanks again for the good services with south americans players...
I said exactly what is being done two pages ago. The gateway is being redirected to NA servers until we're able to fix the connectivity problem between the backend and the Brazil gateway.
Can you say if there is some prediction? Today, tomorrow, next week. Just so i can decide if i wait or go out this weekend.

Sorry for my bad english and keep up with the good job.
ETA would be great Ty

24h server offline during weekend is kinda sad, bro.

Was hoping you guys could fix it faster.

When EU or USA server its down somehow it is instantly fixed, 5, 10min.

But well, south america... we're plebs right... :)

anyway, thank u.

I have to wait on a third party to fix it.

Other regions just don't have these types of networking problems. Brazil is several orders of magnitude worse for connectivity then any other region we're in.

You have my apologies for the outage. It really sucks that this has gone on for so long, and in the middle of the weekend. I promise I am doing everything I can to bring things back as quickly as possible.

Thank you Fitzy_GGG.

Somehow, Valve servers seem to be very stable. They are located in Rio de Janeiro. Please check that location out, if possible.
