@ _KaOtiC_ you dont need 5+ aps with a cyclone.

Thanks ill have a play about when I get home in a bit and see if it feels the same or different with under 5. It definitely feels much faster and smoother on single targets as I have it right now.

This is super interesting. For reference, my non-buffed 4.1 APS goes to 4.55 (into the theorized "sweet spot") after taking a savage hit. This is interesting because if my non-buffed APS was 4.5, taking a savage hit would take me out of the "sweet spot".

Ok so after looking at Rico's table above we can see the sweet spot to be 4.5-4.7aps to maintain 5 discharge a second.

Gear requirements
Rare helmet with life cold res as required to cap you and str 40+. If you can only get cold res and no str or choose to wear devoto's you'll need to reach level 94 and take the 30str node next to EO.
One jewel with 5%+attack speed, 10str, cold res & all res to suit your capping requirements(ring slot will cover the rest) one jewel with 5% IAS. If your jewel has more or less attack speed add or remove levels from faster attacks or get a lower roll on flow untethered as it can range from 10% IAS-15% IAS. We will need to change the level of faster attacks to suit this.
As the build sits currently it is based around 5% on 2 jewels, 15% IAS untethered and 16/20 FA. This gives you 5 levels of play around the jewel and belt.
Optimal setup would be 1 jewel of 5% IAS 15% unthered and 20/20 FA

Wearing a 10% IAS unthered requires a 20/20 FA and 2 5% IAS jewels. If you had say 4% on a jewel you would have to get a 11% IAS unthered or 21/20 FA(20/23 FA also gives 1%).

As you can see with these images silver flask normal hit recieved we have 4.61 APS

Gear requirements
Devoto's will require you to remove the 2nd 5% IAS jewel and replace with one that has cold res + possibly all res (life/damage optional cost is of course going to be higher)
Lower Faster Attacks to level 5/20%quality and everything remains the same you just lose 300+ life gain 20% move speed attack speed towards shield charging and some chaos res.
Juggle Faster attacks level around jewels and whatever IAS 10-15% your unthered is.

Edit: Both builds can be done 2 levels sooner if you drop the lower left endurance charge and get it back after 93 or 94.

Great theory work guys. Do you think the Juggernaut's better endurance charge generation is better or worse than the Berserker's 40% more damage? I'm thinking of testing out Rico's variant and tweak it to go for better sustain for RF (maybe using a RoF). Goal is to be able to farm Uber Atziri / Shaper more reliably.

Well EC generation isn't really an issue when wearing inya's since you are flipping over max 5-6 charges nearly every time you discharge. Zerk is definitely more damage, but jug can sustain rf better and regen is great for lab and other things. All instant leech is gone without legacy vinktars I would find it kinda rough without using kingsguard chest for the extra incoming life. This means you would be running around with 5500-6 or so depending on helmet choice.

With berserker you can squize a bit more dmg and ehp but its not day and night difference. We are looking 250k vs 210k avg sustainable shaper dps with similar gear and gem lvls and 6.5 ehp (berserkera aspect of carnage inlcuded) vs 5.9 - 6.2k ehp of Juggernaut (depending on helmet being used).

Tbh the main difference comes in terms of having 750+ life regen on jugg vs no life regen on zerker so its easier vs dots.

And ofc life leech vs kingsguard healing.

Currently I know that zerker can sustain any ammount of incoming dmg that doesnt one shot thx to 100% leech after savage hit. However if target becomes temporary immune to dmg you wont leech while you will still heal with kingsguard by consuming charges via Discharges.

So far I didnt test 3.0 version of the jugg vs hard enough content (i.e. t16 minotaur with dmg mods or shaper) to verify if jugg can or cant facetank that. This is because I have limited time for gaming recently (and I started playing in Harbinger not long ago). There are other guys in my thread that runs my build and one of them did all the guardians telling that it was easy. However untill I'll test that myself or have a video on how it went, I wont say anything "officialy" regarding guardians and shaper.

@chilipino if you want to test my build, Im happy with that, however pls take a look at page number 20 in my thread - theres a post of mine with mk II version of the passive tree for devotos devotion with 5.9k hp at lvl 92 and 4.3+ aps cyclone that u can tweak for 5.8k life and 4.5 aps cyclone.
