And you havent even played legacy league? Are u a standart player who uses 100 ex to upgrade their ring resistance by 10%?

why dont u get spell damage/fire damage/cast speed affixes on ur amulet n rings while you're at it?

Minions don't have any "tooltip DPS" at all. The only way you get to see "DPS" is when you add a source of damage to your spell (which is to summon a minion).
As I said earlier, when I link 20/20 Added Cold Damage Support to Summon Flame Golem my tooltip shows 680 "DPS" (you will get the same effect from items which add flat elemental damage to spells). But this does not reflect the damage of the golems. For example, removing/adding Minion Damage Support does not change the ominous 680 tooltip DPS at all (which it should if it had anything to do with the golem damage).
However, increasing our character's cast speed, spell and elemental damage with passives and/or items (and indeed a corrupted "xx% increased damage while dead" jewel) does increase the "tooltip DPS", but again, this has absolutely nothing to do with our minion damage.

Is there any chance that upcoming in 3.0 " Damage over time changes" has negative impact on this build?
Or our Golems not double-dipping?

The only type of Damage over Time form our golems is the Burning Damage caused by Ignites and this is a rather small portion in the grand scheme of things. If we use Elemental Focus instead of Controlled Destruction the golems deal 5% more elemental damage overall but can no longer ignite. And no, our golems do not double-dip.
Whether this build survives the 3.0 patch depends on other factors such as the golems' elemental immunity from Liege of the Primordial but changes to DoT won't make much of an impact.

thought it double-dipped on minion damage?
ignite based on minion damage's initial hit
then the ignite is further boosted by minion damage buffs no?
well they cant nerf liege of primordials, its the only useful ascendancy node in elementalist tree
if nerfed everyone will just go necro
