I just hope uninformed, unrelated people wont bug with what i suggest for this build and how you get to use it better.

For example: I link a 20/20 Added Cold Damage Support gem to my Flame Golems so the tooltip does show some DPS for the golems (by default it doesn't show DPS).
Now, guess what happens if I equip this spell damage amulet:
Surprise, surprise...
Or this elemental damage sceptre:
Or this cast speed ring:
Isn't that proof enough that we should invest heavily in cast speed and spell/elemental damage in the tree and on our gear to boost our golem damage since all of these do affect the golem tooltip DPS? LOL

For those saying Fire Pen > Empower Level 4
WRONG
The moment you hit with Ball Lightning with EE + Ele Weakness + Flammability,
at all mob difficulty levels (normal mobs, bosses, shaper-level bosses), Empower beats Fire Pen
Don't believe me go put it in pathofbuilder
Empower is better than firepen but firepen is a decent cheaper option
And those that can't afford Harmonies, try 2 eminences, there isnt a dps drop but gain (ofc fill the rest with harmonies still)

Actually fire pen is better. Since this build is a minion build you can not use path of builder. I told this before but do not use that to calculate anything you wanna use in this build.Everything you about this build is at the comments or at 1st comment of this thread.
I tried fire pen vs empower lvl 4 and fire pen is significantly different and way better.Clear speed difference can be seen easily.
Since build is not updated curse on hit is kinda too much to use. There is an alternative option to go.
That is double defensive curse with blasphemy - temp chains - enfeeble. Way better at playstyle and safe to do all content.

Golem damage is complicated. Because golems do use 3 different spells to attack. Every attack has different type like; aoe,spell,projectiles. Every attack gets effected differently by supported skills.
That makes the tooltip dps calculation unpredictable.

Flame wave is aoe so it does not get effected by gmp's damage reduction so it deals different damage.
Other 2 are getting effected by gmp and getting damage penalty.
