Are you seriously suggesting that distorting a graphic to say 23 to 103 is not an argument? Because it's not an argument.

23 to 44 fps is nothing in the gaming world. Average human eye registers up to 255 FPS, but 23 to 44 fps is a negligible difference. It's basically the same. Especially compared to high end maps with a large party. I highly doubt this difference is going to effect that. As I said, we'll see.

What do you mean distoring a graphic?

The guy basically said fps increase was 23 to 103. That's not true. It was a 23 to 44 FPS increase.

You are reading that wrong. It's not from 23 to 103. It's 23 to 44 FPS. Which is basically nothing, and probably even less of a improvement at end-game maps. Continue believe whatever makes you feel better though. We'll see in two days. But as I said, they are wasting their time on the engine.

Are you seriously suggesting that an improvement from 23 to 44 fps is trivial? It is a huge change. 23fps is laggy while 44fps is quite smooth. Some people thing that if a game doesn't run on 100fps then the game is laggy. It doesn't work like this.

The movies you watch in the cinema are shown at 24 frames per second and they feel quite fine. The reason 23 fps feels laggy for video games is slightly diffeent though but that would be a long discussion.

if your saying 21 more fps is nothing in the gaming world, you have no knowledge of fps in gaming. lol

Heavy Strike: 5% more damage.
Glacial Hammer: 6% more damage.

Goes to show how much GGG knows about melee.
GGG, if you DOUBLED the damage @level 20 single target melee skills did they would still lag behind bows & spells in the endgame.

So freaking sad, teaches me right for having hope in you actually progressing towards melee balance.
You relegated a whole archetype to a NICHE, good freaking job.

We do have a pretty solid plan for changing some fundamentals of melee play, but it's not ready yet. In the meantime, these buffs do move things in the right direction.

they know.
-_-
The endurance charge nerf of juggernaut is a terrible idea. You can't have this kind of unreliability in your defenses.

These "buffs" do nothing. They buffed the life of monsters which mean melee has to spend more time in melee combat and thus take more damage and have a higher risk of dying.

Unless they buffed the monster life by 5% this is a strict nerf to melee and melee only, since ranged characters can kite the monster.

without EM and with PO: 44 fps,
with EM and without PO: 70 fps,
with EM and with PO: 103 fps.

understand?

I don't no what you people expected, it's not like these nerfs are a surprise.

As a temp league player you just roll with the punches, unfortunately it does mean standard gets shit on, you know its coming every single time and you all still act surprised, lol.
