really bad news for my favorite class "juggernaut" 100% to 30% unrelenting? -70% and you say still good? is not good because I'm using self casting immortal call. you reduce discharge damage so what's the use of reducing chance of generating endurance btw I'm not a discharger so I dont care about discharge!!! i want to ask a question is there any limitation on armour? say i got 70%, then i cast 8 endurance charges and its goes only at 90%, even i have 75% armour it goes 90%. there's a new unique which i want to try "the brass dome", i got an idea of pushing armour to the limit, and try to take 40% increase phys damage? tnx

As per PoE wiki, armour is capped at 90%. The only way to go above is IC. Even then 90% reduction in your character sheet does not equal to 90% actual reduction.

yah, i already know that! just asking. coz I want to build full armour 2H abyssus. tnx for your opinion. so armour is the only one got limitation? ES and EVA unlimited! block and dodge is also for dexterity and intelligence that how this game favor for spell and bow user.

I seriously don't understand why "near instant stormcall is a problem", so you invent a skill that is fundamentally flawed, with no even distribution of damage, you can't clear packs in time, when your stormcalls go off together you can easily die to reflect, people finally find a way for this skill to have consistancy, and that's a problem? It's very different from Spark or flameblast nert, those skills were too much awesome, stormcall is only ok.

nerfing is not an issue, players will just adopt, we have a problem with brainfarting.
YAY Frack ALL elementalist-CASULS
atlas of worlds league = ice pear league (70%increase damage)
Havent played prophecy a lot because of silly league mechanic(who do even go back to normal zones to get league content ffs), and also because of a few nice builds to play, in Atlas will be even fewer nice builds to play.

HOW U CAN EVEN IMAGINE LIFE WITHOUT A COC?

Quit game, no more support from me GGG, gl with your Path of Nerfs and tons of hamsters in a wheel named "FRESH ECONOMY CHALLENGE LEAGUE"

Also rewards for essense league TOTAL CRAp, who do even tryhard to get 36 challenges to cossplay Ice golem?
Can someone explain how CoC is at all of use anymore?

The 500ms cooldown means the maximum cast speed is 2/sec, right?
So you need CoC and a trigger skill (say Barrage) plus your spell just to get, at best, two casts per second... which you can easily exceed with any self-cast spell.
Plus, we need to put a tonne of passives into crits just so we can get those two triggers per second!

Am I missing something, or is it basically pointless to use CoC? At best you can use the rotating spell thing to get EE, but even then you need to use another socket for a 2nd spell that only triggers every other time. Might as well just use a damage support!

So maybe I'm just not getting this right. Am I missing something here, or is CoC now essentially just weaker in every way than self-casting?
Please do not gut viperstrie with th poison nerf, relate to other skill usages. Sure Viperstrike received a 11% more modifier on its initial hit, but the 20% less dmg on the dot, which is supposed to be the main them of the skill is a bit too hard no? Maybe have Vipser strike maintain the original poison damage.

Its still a underused melee skill, and the only one to receive a nerf except EQ.

Edit: Especially since melee single target has no double dipping modifiers, compared to aoe and projectile and trap and so on.

Good list of fixes. Thank you for your hard work.
I wish you could fix also characters' art/models and even better - introduce new class/character.

Unfortunately this is how most of us see it now, effectively they took the CoC gem and through it in the trash bin.
