You are reading that wrong. It's not from 23 to 103. It's 23 to 44 FPS. Which is basically nothing, and probably even less of a improvement at end-game maps. Continue believe whatever makes you feel better though. We'll see in two days. But as I said, they are wasting their time on the engine.

Are you seriously suggesting that an improvement from 23 to 44 fps is trivial? It is a huge change. 23fps is laggy while 44fps is quite smooth. Some people thing that if a game doesn't run on 100fps then the game is laggy. It doesn't work like this.

The movies you watch in the cinema are shown at 24 frames per second and they feel quite fine. The reason 23 fps feels laggy for video games is slightly diffeent though but that would be a long discussion.
Great patch and good balance, good work GGG

Are you seriously suggesting that distorting a graphic to say 23 to 103 is not an argument? Because it's not an argument.

23 to 44 fps is nothing in the gaming world. Average human eye registers up to 255 FPS, but 23 to 44 fps is a negligible difference. It's basically the same. Especially compared to high end maps with a large party. I highly doubt this difference is going to effect that. As I said, we'll see.
"Good thing they nerfed the carto, it wasn't fun to find one in every map." - Haborym
I wonder how juggernaut nerf will affect it's ability to reliably keep maximum charges. While perma immortal call fix is necessary, I more worried about the fact that this also affects your ability keep 8% ele dmg reduction. Right now it looks like an oversight.
Why every new patches somes players cry?
U played enough with your overpowered characters in the boring standard league .
Just try another build or go to diablo for Mooooooore Power!!

Very good balance this time!
Eq and other still be strong!
just try another variation without voidheart.
GGG just nerfed cash lab industry !
So, instead of REVORKING GODDAMN NAMELOCK of old melee skills you nerfed EQ and "shadow buffed" BV.

I guess now it's 100% chance to be triggered instead of (50 to 69) for me.
There is a sure way to die.

RIP Zana 2016. You will be missed.

RIP CoC. You will not be missed. Introduction of trigger gems was an interesting but bad idea to begin with. CWDT-EC-IC-ID and Shatter Chuck proved that a long time ago.
Bring back race seasons.

All unique items that trigger skills, now and going forward, follow the rule that if a skill is triggered, it can only be used by that trigger and cannot be directly cast by the player as well.

Dear GGG, what about the behavior of vaal items? Do you mean that the behavior would be different for Vaal COC trigger on rare glove and unique glove?
RIP CoC
RIP pierce+frost wall
RIP elementalist
These make me happy.

Ignore the clowns on Reddit. You guys know what you're doing.

Also hurrah for legacy VH.

EDIT: seems the clowns are out in force in this thread too. Equal parts hilarious and depressing to read their semi-coherent ramblings.
