Loading is faster, but in game performance are actualy worse?

My POE is on an SSD and i have horrible fps after the patch, so the statement was totally wrong in the first place anyway ;)

I crash in single player every hour and group play is impossible now. Please repatch it like it was before prophecy.

The game takes 15 seconds instead of 3 minutes to open, but on the other hand, everytime I exit to char select or log out I have huge stuttering for a full minute or more.

When I enter a new zone, it takes 3-4 times more time than it took prior to the update. It's really horrible.

wich u prefer to launch your game and go smoke a ciggaret and then enjoy the playing or start the game for 3-4 seconds and then wait (my case) from char selection screen till actual town screen like 5 min ... and then freeze every now and then... try that on HC :D

New system is not good. Old one Was better

no real improbement i load now in 5 sec sdd . before i load around 7 sec.

now i cant play at stable 60fps. on low settings. Before i can play on max Stable 60 CoC build ....

Positive Feedback Here and sugestions:

Enable option to chose new preload system or old one.(if game is properly programed dont shuld take to much time to do it in more than 1day)

Enable option to low particles and effects even hide some of them. (I know this is thong of work. but disable particles is easy to do)

yesterday I couldn't log for 2 h [ freezes dc etc ] today is new meta.. after porting out from the map[ portal or wp ] I get sudden 2k - 40 k ping in town which results in dc which takes fxxxxking 3 mins. So I'm watching half of the day frozen screen on my 2k euro pc .
this happens with sound and w/o, tried also different gateways. [ping on ts3 -25] ping in game 40.

I've actually been playing since Open Beta. I am not a top tier player, I am not a racer. I am just a casual player who likes to have fun.

Unfortunately, this is the first update I am really having issues with.

The old load times were unfortunate (but at least it was all at once, very rarely experienced load times after launch).

I am running a very expensive set of hardware, with SSD drive, GTX 970, etc, etc. I have a 300 MBs connection, and usually extremely low low ping (25ms usually tops out at 45ms in Texas). I have run the game with max graphic settings on lockstep at over 300 fps with no issues in previous leagues (Don't ask me why, I just do). I push a button, click to move, etc and my character would do it.

Now, that the loading is not happening all at once, 0 frame loss, 0 latency change, and yet, my characters stutter step. I can do things like throw a fire trap, and its delayed up to a whole second later. Sometimes, it then throws 2 firetraps at once. The weird thing about this, is the monsters keep moving... so its almost like it created an input delay more than lag.

I love this game. I get excited each time a new league starts, to try a few new things, and maybe even to play some characters I played in the past. (I delete all my standard characters at the new league, and start over).

This is the first league update, that has ever created an issue like this for me. I thought it was being on lockstep (so I tried going back to the old predictive), it was so bad, I was rubber banding like rapid movement skills used to do back in Open Beta. This isn't a connection issue, again, my latency remains good, my FPS remains good, I haven't had a sound problem, its just this; and its unfortunate that its coming from my favorite game. Already several days into the season, and I still can barely play because the game can no longer keep up with me, instead of me not keeping up with the game.
