Loading is faster, but in game performance are actualy worse?

I managed to figure out WTF GGG messed up. Regardless of what your task manager is reporting for process propriety, poe.exe is set at LOW. This means ANY other things using that CPU that poe is using will induce massive amounts of lag.
Temporary solution: any other background program (web browser, anything else that uses CPU) needs to be manually unchecked for CPU 0, 1, 2, 3, etc process. You can also make poe.exe use a specific processor as well this way. For all intents and purposes the "best" CPU (highest performance) one tends to be CPU 0. This processor by default also runs all background Windows services as well though. I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those deaf-mutes. The only people enjoying the fast loading screen and insist that there's no issues with fps are rich people with high-end gaming PCs. Having said that, I have seen people with high end machines complain about this as well. |

Tried the "turn on Vsync + windowed fullscreen" method of the other guy, didn't help much! |

At least I was able to play the last 3 days, until today, when I started to get frequent CTDs.
This is just horrible and I truly regret buying the Prophecy Pack. |

As I understand they will solve our problems just to turn off preload system(if the problem is it). It will be optional choice in the option menu in the game. |

" You just shouldn't trust GGG when they told this league it will be the good one with good improvements. A simple read on the 2.3 patch notes and you would have known that game will runs like it. They didn't remove any loading time nor lags, they just spread it a bit everywhere while praying it would be fine. Stop buy supporter packs and give money just after reading a patch notes, you will stop get disappointed with this game ;). Support only after if you see they manage correctly, not before otherwise you will be disappointed like here, and they will just don't care since they already got all the money needed by releasing prophecy packs before the patch (always better to release them before the patch, since all their big patches are huge failures, less people would get fooled if the packs are released after patches, but GGG would won less money u know ? ) " hello dear sheep supporter still crusading for GGG atfer years, could you please tell us what your message bring to the current thread ?
