[Poll] It's been a month now, how much do you like the labyrinth/acendancy class/enchantments?

I enjoy and succede in lab, i still die at least once with malachai (i want to do it without portals), and actually i have newbie friends that just enjoy dying in lab because they like the challenge.

Am i a wk? I think lab is easy enough when you get used to it, very doable without being overleveled and trivial when overleveled. For sure you stille have to make your fair amount of mistakes and deaths to learn it, but it's normal with new content. I think my first malachai fight took something like 15 deaths in a row lol.

I can understand that harcore players don't like to die, and that it could be tedious for them to have to practice in softcore, but.... well i 'm a bit surprised to read those arguments after a month. Just my opinion anyway, i don't really want to fight.

To be honest i don't know if it's far fetched. In game i usually keep guild and global 820 chats open, and people seems pretty much ok with lab. Granted i could be in touch with just a small and particular part of the community, but in game my feeling is that people just don't have so much of a grudge against lab.

The biggest flaw seems to be that it's just too punishing against ci builds, that's it.

Lab is boring. Helm Enchants are great but a chore to get a good one. Boot and glove enchants suck. Most Ascendancy classes are amazing. Elementalist is the worst. Slayer is pretty bad. Pathfinder is pretty mediocre with flashes of decency.

Well, PoE community being a little better than your regular mmo (I know, sometimes it doesn't show, but still), I expect people to not spend their time moaning and bitching on global and just playing the game.

Hell, I do play the game instead of rambling on global, even if I got my share of concerns about the lab. I know it sounds odd with the current state of the Interweb, but you can politely disagree with something and not transform into a raging nerd about it.

I think it is a valid point about people disliking labyrinth being more likely to vote in the poll. What percent is the question? I'd previously guessed that 30% didn't like labyrinth. I think taking this poll into account that perhaps it is more like 40%.

Labyrinth 2/10 - Largely because it didn't post any challenge to those who speedrun it for enchantments and doesn't bring the fun factor to those who had to do it to ascend. I tried hard to change my attitude. did my best to enjoy and learn. But being a hybrid witch, having a mediocre PC and after much thought, I ended up not really excited, challenged and basically uninterested in dodging and timing clicks through traps. I am just happy that I can get carries from enterprising players just so i don't have to endure the forced content on me. I'm done complaining about it, because I can ignore it and leave it to those who enjoy it.

Ascendancy 10/10 - being an elementalist is exciting and multiplies the fun factor and tweaking possibilities from a regular witch. I just wish I got patience to run lab to create more characters to explore other classes.

Enchantments 5/10 - I don't have enough runs to get what I want from it. If i don't have to go through lab I might appreciate it more.

I think the US election is a bit more official than this poll, though I agree with your views on Trump and naivety but i like the idea of the lab.

I'm only "spamming" on the forum in times where i can't play but still want to feel close to PoE ;) not to enrage someone. I'm just a bit concerned that content like the lab could be dumbed down again (in relation to what i enjoy in gaming) if only negative voices are heard.
