Why not just play a 15 minute spongebob video when you enter the lab. It accomplishes the same thing.

I think I found the perfect video to watch either while doing lab as it is, or as a substitute for all those traps. It also clocks in at a bit over 4 minutes, so players wouldn't be as concerned about the amount of time spent watching it.

Either way, it should work ...

Why there are no 700+ threads about Hall of Grandmasters, Uber Atziri, Shaper, Guardians? Many builds can't do them without expensive gear, or they require more skilled players.

Fairly obvious to me, when the carrot is too small rabbit don't come easy.

The core part of lab & the traps, are that traps shouldn't be such an integated part of the longest non checkpoint session of the game. The same way I don't want to be force to play chess with someone every 10 matchs playing street fighter 5 online. Whether I like chess is irrelavant.

Well, you asked. The reason people don't complain about the maps and bosses you listed is because you don't need them for anything terribly important. Sure, SSF players might complain there's little chance of playing a build that requires items dropping from those bosses but I suppose everyone playing SSF knows you just don't play it that way.

We need lab for something important so that makes it important too, important people are allowed to be assholes and we're still dealing with them because it's beneficial in some way. We should probably thank GGG for teaching us something more useful than basic math.

I'd be nothing short of stunned and amazed if those are their real intentions :)
