I really don't understand their stance on this. There are a ton of players who spent $ on this game and have quit due to lab including myself. I dont care how many expansions they release. I'll come back to the game the day they give us some other way to get ascendancy points. I'm tired of losing HC characters to the lab.

" How exactly are you losing them? I'm not exactly what you'd call a good player and my connection was kinda bad until recently so I couldn't play lockstep at all, but I've managed to die only once in there since lab introduction. That was with some candy glass CoC assassin, Izaro on conduits and there's also my bad habit of going in there too early to make it more interesting, so that's a case of asking for it if there was ever one. If that was a HC char I'd really have no reason to get hissy. " The special mark, "&", for post 3.0 will allow an analysis for what people think after the improvements to labyrinth for 3.0. I personally find the improvements very significant. Good enough that I can once again enjoy PoE and abandon my D3 play, at least for now. However, there is still the merciless and endgame labyrinths and the trials. So I really hope that GGG continues to improve the game. What they did in 3.0 makes me hopeful that it will remain on their list as long as the player base continues to let them know that more improvements are wanted. The last couple days has been pretty quite on that front but, I assume everyone's pretty busy playing lately? Yesterday there was one of those "can't see the end because it's too far away" trap gauntlets in normal difficulty. It featured spike traps from the ground and those poisoned darts firing across them. So, I waited a day and went through normal lab when I didn't need to don a frog suit and step out into moving traffic.
RNG can still turn even normal lab into a platform minigame. I like the majority of the rest of the game. But, lab is still very much a "put up with it" experience, put as quickly as possible into the rear view mirror. Now that prestige classes will finally leave lab in 4.0, will GGG get it right this time or will they find new ways to repeat old mistakes?

All these names with symbols next to them! Are we sure they are not harbingers trying to blend in to human society?
Also, i thought they removed traps from normal and cruel labs how did you guys encounter a screen-full of them? I'm a forum warrior, i was born to post, raised to defend my league. Now my post has been removed, chained and exiled by mods who Ban. Ban is my brother; i do not fear it. I see it in the eyes of men and beasts that i troll. It will take me to play the actual game when i am ready and i am not ready.
