Traps in maps is a clear signal GGG is embracing traps past the lab. I do not know how the crusade moves past this. Somebody help me out here.

I suppose the crusade will have to now also embrace removing traps from maps as well. How many alt subsection units do we have left?
Reassign sub alt forum units anti Goatzjam 1 and 2 along with anti Fruz 3 and General anti White Knights 1 through 5 to coordinated remove traps from maps forum posts. That should do it. I feel better.

I don't think that map traps are implemented the same way the lab traps are (in some cases in the lab you can get hit by 3-4 different traps at the same time if you stand in an unfortunate location). I suspect that there must be a few here and there like in the last Izaro fight, not like in the labyrinth, but i wouldn't know as i refuse to see videos or pics of them. I don't want the spoilers, since i like to experience it myself for the first time. The only fight i've seen is the hydra one, since it was in the trailer and i couldn't help myself.

A couple of days ago I decided to play PoE. I ran through many various maps in order to get my Atlas of Worlds bonus maps count up. I didn't keep track of how many but my count is now 73/125 so it was quite a few maps. There were a very few maps that had traps. Those few did not have any screens full of trap gauntlets that I ran into. The focus for all trap encounters was on killing monsters and getting loot, at least for all the trap encounters that I ran into. This does not count the horrible labyrinth map trials. I skipped all of that known terrible content. I want to spend my gaming time having fun.

Edit: In the Pier map you enter the final boss fight. Go through a gauntlet of traps to get to the boss. He disappears and you go through another gauntlet of traps. It repeats one more time. Each gauntlet of traps is significantly less than a trial. Similar to one of the gauntlet of traps in a trial.

Is this thread still relevant after more than 6 months ? not a SINGLE line about the lab in the last patch notes and you guys still can't give up. Get a freaking clue already.
