To get your 6 (six) opeiop Asc points per char requires 1 (one) hour of your playtime and it's piss easy if you do it when you are 80+. Those 6 points already give you a ton of power (creep).

If this little chore (arguing from your POV) completely outweights all the other stuff PoE has to offer and esp. all the goodies coming in 2.4, then you really should uninstall.


Actually it requires someone to play for you, legally. Who the err heck puts sanctioned cheating in their game?

The AH of D3 seems like something that can completely change the economy drastically and the whole balance of the game, making the whole game crash.

I kinda agree that builds that are very very good at just farming one things are kinda disgusting ( they can be interesting though ) .... and need some balance.

However, for the rest, I really feel that in Uber lab, the real threat ( in merc too ) is Izaro ( or Izaro's fight ), not the traps in the other areas.


Its also your charging 5 chaos-ish per try if your build sucks on the Lab. I know that's not a lot of money, but your paying it for content you really do not want to do.

At least Merc Lab (which is easy and really really really boring) is unlimited tries.

20 tries at the lab is 100c once you run out.

Is it a good idea to be charging your weaker players who can least afford it 5c to run content they are bad at?

Uber Izaro itself is brainlessly easy. What annoys me is the enchantment system. You can run it 100 times for 30-40 hours without getting the goddamn 1/300 chance on one piece of equipment, which is totally terrible.
What I suggest is to make enchantment sealable, one can apply it on any equipment at will, it can also be traded.

No build "suck" on lab.
Some builds have troubles against Izaro, that is the only thing.

The uber lab is nothing but necessary seriously, its just the cherry on the cake.

PoE is still PoE, still going about the same way, and is still great.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

We had this discussion already a dozen times and the traps are experimental content. It has not much to do with what PoE was before. Everything outside of the lab is indeed still classic poe. You customize your character, get stronger and destroy thousands of enemies and a boss at the end. I dont see that (except the boss part) in the lab. You walk 15-30 minutes through rooms with little to no enemies and dozens of undestroyable traps, which ignore a big part of your character build, just because reasons. So no, it's clearly not the same PoE as before. If Chris wants PoE to be like this, ok, so be it, but saying the lab goes in line with classic gameplay is just wrong.
