I like labryinth. I hate that it is required to experience the ascendancy classes.
One character in this league...might be my last in this league, if not permanently. Taking a few days off at least.
You pretty much enabled hard mode by rushing the boss the first 2 phases. If you don't actively stop his buffs during the 1st 2 phases they show up on the 3rd phase and make it a very difficult boss fight.

I know. I had said that he was bringing me down to ~40% hp in one shot...I had to kill him quick or one wrong move and I was dead. Turned out I was dead anyways.

This content is overly difficult and tedious. I'm a relatively new player, but not by any means new to MMO, Dungeon Crawler, RPG, FPS, etc. This ruins the experience for me. Not fun, not interesting, not useful.
I was just starting to get into this game and I'm going to have to take a break so I don't punch a hole in my monitor.
Great patch.

so you saw you barely can stand up to him WITHOUT turbo mode and yet youve pressed on? to second and then final phase? brave
you know that you could have go there in 5 more levels? 2.2k hp in cruel doesnt sound like much sadly speaking.

It was me, i still use this char to do my dailys. Yes we were strong and still are but here is my perspective. By nerfing so many skills that comprimise this build it tells me it was a orig bad design. Nerf tells me the devs didnt properly test it.
Combined with the lab they are 0-2 on their last updates. I can actually say 0-3 when you factor in the nerf to an actual thought out char using the tools the devs provided. Changing raw vales on items, gems and nodes.
Think you guys got mad that ppl were "winning the game" so decided to torture us with avoiding traps and running dead end maps against mobs who yield no xp.
Its an arpg, you kill stuff, get xp/loot. Having a 20k es should be something you strive for, not taking off you gear to do this stupid, gated xpac.

this is a L2P update
so players that get carried hard by their copypasted FOTM build have a chance to understand how bad at this game they really are
some did - and they are improving. some did not and are spending their time trying to swim upstream
'mobs yield no xp'? when you do the lab ONCE for last 2 asc points mobs are 68 so are you so they DO yield xp. so what was your point? that your cookie cutter build that you use to right-click to the game cannot carry you trough a content requiring basic skills? tough. maybe that was the intention behind this lab. power creep allowed pretty mediocre players to roflstomp everything making the 'hardcore' part a joke.

Or didn't properly care. Right after Talisman came out, Feedback had more than one alpha tester coming out and saying "I told them Bladefall was busted, but it didn't get nerfed. At. All." (I'm paraphrasing.) I am not of the opinion they were unaware.
Then, months later, Bladefall nerfed... surprising no one. All part of the plan.

Funny, with the way you speak, you might as well quit everything in the game that is NON-LABYRINTH, no?
Furthermore, if the "roflstomp everything" mobs in the normal game haven't had their difficulty enhanced, and yet you now have full OP Ascendancy tree points, the normal game is even more of a cakewalk than what you referenced.
Guess it's 100% lab or bust for you bro, enjoy.
Maybe the whole game should just be dodging buzzsaws on the floor or spike traps! Rest too easy for #pro
