Do you think playing labyrinths is any fun?
Being forced to restart the entire labyrinth on death pretty much kills any fun it would have had.

When i think to myself that i need to do it,i get feeling i'm gonna throw up.Thats how fun it is.

Well seemed quite fun on normal when i was lvl 50, cruel when i was lvl 58 or something was just overtuned, i was basically doing no dmg to him and eventually died, not much fun.

I LOVE playing on the Labyrinth. Change the pace is good sometimes =) This expansion is my favorite so far. Best League, Best New Content, Best New Skill Gems... 10/10! The only thing I would change is make the Labyrinth more End-Game worthy. Anything else than that is perfect for me! Dream with me !

good challenge, made me brainstorm to find a good way for my flicker striker duelist with mid-level gear to do it, and BAM! Cyclone happened.
Done 5/6 time successfully and got not so bad! also a "lucky" shot on first normal attempt: +1 for the Lab :D |

" +1 Would be awesome if there was some integration into the maps - with no Ascendancy points to get earned, but higher level. Remove Horticrafting station storage limit. " Problem is not labyrinth being impossible, problem is being opposite of fun, if not liking puzzle games, and too long time they take. Liked PoE before puzzles came along, simple as that. I'm sure I can complete the labyrinth with 2L firestorm and medicore items also, is no biggy. Not that I have the actual TIME to do it, since cannot spend hours and hours in a row sitting here clicking on these brainless puzzles, nor do I have any interest in such gameplay. They could actually be ok addition, if not taking forever, and having no need to have brain. At all. Only time. And 2L firestorm or unlinked ball lightning. Is good that some like, but is not good, that most do not... this game is better if many keep on playing, needs community to shine. And these missions must be done, or missing HUGE part of game. Changing the game to suit the 1% Uber players is not a smart design decision.
Even Super Mario Brothers had save points. Well I guess I had a nice run with POE, but time to move on.... I did not sign up for Hoppy Hoppy Jump Jump get squicked by a Boss, go back to the beginning. |

I don't mind the Lab, that part is all good for me. The traps I do not care for, some are fine but others that give 50% damage are a pain. I am not am fan of platform jumping type games.
I wish we could port out to recharge flasks or what ever ... I am not a fan of Act 4 either, the part after the mines. Basically I have stopped creating new characters as I just don't like that section. So I play my higher level toons and use free respec's on others I have used in a long time. The Lab is fine for the most part, it was the last half of Act 4 that ruined the game for me. |
