I think you dont get how good starting from 2 different locations on the tree can be.

Quick Example u start as scion and go to witch/shadow area to get some stats.
You use ascendancy and BOOM welcome to the marauder Area no points in Tree Spent//

I think this can change the whole build design process

Elementalist/Inquisitor Ascendant looks pretty damn good. You get piercing without the skill juggling, golem boost, huge crit boost on burning etc mobs, elemental conflux, consecrated ground etc.

Are you sure you looked at the classes? Elementalist gives 5% pen, is that supposed to be amazing?
Elemental conflux is triggered on rare or unique kills, tell me how easy is it to trigger that again?
Golem boost missing half its boost only giving you 30% increased damage, that is 3 regular nodes.
By "huge crit boost" you mean 120% increased crit? you are telling me that is a big deal for a Major Ascendant node? Are you being serious here?
So what's the etc.? Please put down numbers and try to compare them.

If I want to play spells, I would not pick Scion in this case at all, because it simply sucks.
You are better off going just Elementalist or just Inquisitor.

so Ascendancy point could be reset using Orb of Regret also?

And my real question is, if few passive already jump into witch passives and we regret the Ascendancy special nodes for witch class. So all the passive will stay there inactive? or completely returned all point?

That's the point. ALL of the core classes' ascendency trees are more powerful and focused than anything the Scion can do. The Scion's strengths are being able to get two broader, more general buffs related to the ascendancy classes, or having two start locations on the big tree.

Hard to say that streamers don't get special treatment, wonder how much their drops are boosted.
