basically, Act 4 is poss poorly balanced..so much time and effort on rebalancing acts 1 2 3.. and then leaving act 4 (and maps) in a state of absolute chaos and disarray..

Its only the second 1/2 of act 4 really IMO, you know the part where closed beta people weren't actually able to test.

I still think its kinda fine in general as you can still progress, just takes much more effort then people are used to.
