Sexy and form fitting armors

I love how amazingly protective that second one looks. I mean, her cleavage is right there to deflect any blows aimed at her chest.

^. I have nothing against armor "fitting the figure", but armors with uncovered CRUCIAL areas are just fucking stupid. Armor can look good, and at the same time make sense:

League hate incoming ;___;

Armors having curves to fit boobs MAKE SENSE, because otherwise they would just be hard to wear for such character. News flash - women have boobs.

...and some women have bigger boobs than others - some women might wear "male armors" without problems, while other might have some.

Also, armors that have all the other curves to fit wearer perfectly makes sense too. If it fits well, it gives more protection and at the same time lets you move.
TBH, I'd have nothing against if Scion/Which had smaller/larger boobs - women tend to have various sizes of these, last time I checked. And armors fitting their bodies is what should be happening.

One of the things PoE does relatively well is avoid hyper-objectification of women (compared to most mainstream games, at least).

Oh please... Not this. Women are sex objects for men, and men are sex objects for women. Nobody ever said that women are ONLY sex objects for men. There is nothing wrong in making women in games attractive, altho it is good to focus on what that given character is about. If she is only about her looks, there might be something wrong. But only MIGHT.
Spoiler

TBH, 95% of women focus on their own looks, over anything else. That is interesting that somehow now it is a bad thing to complement that... oh well.

In PoE you have women blasting whole rooms of monsters from beyond with their magic - would they be any less powerful in terms of gameplay, if they were (more) attractive? (I'm totally fine with what it currently is)

Breastplates are curved for a reason. It is to deflect force and also guide blows away from your chest. You know what boob plates do? They guide blows inward and also cause your ribcage to get crushed.

Also, the concept that tits somehow won't fit in a normally shaped breast plate is absurd.

Some time ago someone somewhere (and I think not even here), posted an analysis of boob-armour which explained why it isn't such a good idea, namely because it would deflect some thrust right at the sternum. Can't find the link now.
So, a good armour is something like the lordly plate and later incarnations (in PoE), that is slightly V-shaped when viewed from above, so it would deflect thrusts from your sternum to an area left or right of the body, and not to the centre, like boob-armour would do. If you make it big enough, you can also make it so breasts find a place in there. It's not like historical armour were especially comfortable, anyway.

The nearest thing you could get to boob-shapes would perhaps be a boob-bar, which is more or less what I described above as giving room.

I don't have any objections to introducing "sexy armour" as MTX, but please keep the standard armour standard.

I'm not specialist in armory and that kind of stuff, but I doubt you'd be able to "deflect" the force of of blows with curving your armor. This works for tanks, because you have an angle you expect bullets coming from. If you have curved armor, there will always be "flat" angle you can hit at, and thus making the curving useless. Just my bit, I'd love to read something from a specialist in this, tho.
I guess that if you were to be crushed with any blow, be it "boob armor" or not, you'd get crushed anyways. It is not that armor is getting bend inside, so you are getting hit "by the armor" but the force being transferred BY the armor. TBH, if armor bends it is only for the better, because it absorbed some force in form of deformation (this is how car crash areas in front are designed - so they absorb as much energy as possible, mostly by bending).

Also: it is not a concept - it is reality :D. You can wear T-shirt that is too small - it is flexible. But after long time of wearing it, you'll be tired and uncomfortable. And the fact that armor affects the wearer was ignored many times in history, with fatal results.

EDIT:

Yeah, but still, trusts can be aimed at any angle - not only perpendicularly to the armor surface. But I guess that is the fact, that it might have helped a bit with deflecting those.
And yeah, I guess "boob bar" is what would fix this problem. Also, it would be much easier to make and repair. :P
