what do think about getting a cybill with culling strike ? beside beeing happy with my new wand ... i think it could have some advantages, or ?

Just re-specced my Scion into this build. Was running a Foxtacticish arc build before but this is way stronger. Almost afk on lvl71 maps. I'm lvl78. Scion gives extra mana and mana regen and with CoD I'm lvl on passives. Luckily had shield and amulet in stash and a top end moonsorrow.

In regards to the 90 tree which gives more dps, 12% cast speed cluster or 40% ele dam nodes?

@moooff, if you're talking about a corrupted Cybil with CS, it would actually give somewhat faster clear times because CS essentially acts as a "11% more" damage modifier when playing solo.
@tkelly, it varies from gearset to gearset. However, if you're comfortable with your mana sustain you should opt for cast speed. [2.2] KuteKitteh's CI EA Regen Tank - Durable w/10k ES, instant clear, EZ-Atziri, affordable!: /1625757

" BM version good, pretty much can stand almost afk in game content until 67, of course later maps also doable, i did it until 85 level, went everything smoothly, and until 85 you should manage to get some currency to upgrade to MoM version, since its even more tanky, now not scary to tank any map, except some nasty boses, at level 87.. And prices down so much of neccessary items, so should be easier to achieve main version faster.. |

Lvl 77 now, and I am easily doing 74 maps (if I can find any more...).
I found a pair of Windscreams, Rainbowstrides AND a CoD today, lol. That's with 0% MF :P Dual curse really is the night and day difference that Kitteh keeps telling us about, I had to have it even with losing HP/MS/chaos res roll on my imba boots :( But Windscreams don't hurt this build like a Doedre's does with its lack of mana regeneration. I managed to squeeze dual-curse, TS and Vaal Storm Call into the build and if you dual-curse them, a single vaal storm call will take care of an entire beyond mob within seconds. Current gear, some is OP, some needs upgrades as usual. Next would be a Doryani's Invitation I guess. Only 120 million XP to go on empower, lol.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but I just found Rainbowstrides, which are very handy as I'm not maxed on physical block yet, but they bump me up to max spell block.
Is there any clever way to put these to use in the build, or should I just keep them for future builds ? D1 - PvM D2 - PvM/PvP D3 - MvM (Money vs Monster)

Rainbowstrides are decent for a while but the spell block on them becomes useless once you have fleshed out the tree and you can use Rathpith since you get all you need from that + ammy - the other stats while useful are only mediocre values. Great from level 53 to 68 though and even beyond if you are having trouble finding boots with more resists, move speed and es on.
