Can anyone link a Bloodrage, Split Arrow, and or Dual Strike

I find this hard to believe. I was under the impression that skills were going to reduce in mana cost. All the skills you have listed have the same mana cost as the old ones.

There are a few skills that got reduced mana cost by like 1-4 mana that adds up with supports. But also supports in general now have lower % mana multipliers.

I've seen them all at lvl 1, they're all unchanged. Pretty much everything I haven't posted are unchanged or only changed very slightly. Apart from the mana changes obviously.

Uh, I don't know what values you're looking at, but according to poewiki as well as our non-TW client, almost all skills have been reduced in mana.

Ice Nova is unchanged, except the usual mana cost reduction. Although I've only seen lvl 1 values, it might still be buffed at later levels. That'd make sense, considering how good it actually is at the start of the game.
