10% additional base damage (was 75%), staff nodes were made non-shit, hegemony's unique staff will make sweep super strong for crit/coc builds. I'd say sweep will be ok, though I'd be bummed if it's still stuck with only 3% increased phys per level.

Also ball lightnings crit change was only due to shock being changed. All other lightning spells got the same treatment.
